Productdetails
US Wellness Meats’ Beef Oxtail is in high demand because it makes excellent soup and stock. This rich, flavorful cut becomes incredibly tender when slow-cooked. Its natural collagen breaks down into gelatin, creating a silky texture and deeply nourishing.

I bought bones from this vendor because it is impossible to obtain from grocery stores. I simply want them for soup and bone broth. I was surprised at the variety, price and availability. I will now purchase some of the wonderful looking meat I have seen on their website. Great products and superb shipping!

We love oxtails. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the package compared to years passed.

Thanks for the great review of our Beef Oxtails - 1 lb! – US Wellness Meat Team 🤠
Cuts are too thin and it’s extreme fatty. Cuts should be about w inch thick with less fat. This one I will not buy again unless it’s changed.
