Raw and Aged Grass-Fed Gouda Cheese is one of US Wellness Meats best-selling cheeses because of its smooth, rich flavor. It is loved by the old and young.
Gouda cheese was first mentioned in history books dating back to 1184. Therefore, it is one of the oldest types of cheese still being produced.
Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk.
Highest heat temperature: 107 deg. F
All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones.
US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's.
Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures.
Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

I swim in the morning and do a mile and a half swim each day. I take a slice of cheese to eat to hold me over for the time I am swimming and at the gym. I do this every day. I have tried an orange or something else, but this cheese does the job. If I ate cheese from the grocery store I would not do well. There is something different in the product when the cows are grass fed and finished. I would be lost if this farm quit making their cheese.

Love this Gouda Cheese. This has vitamin K and is low histamine plus raw. What more could you ask for? I buy in bulk and freeze them. Tastes great!!!
