Was frozen which is not what I wanted.

I love the cheese and other natural raw products.
Don't like the plastic wrapping but the product is great.
It came within 24 hours of ordering. All frozen in small packages just the right size. I have great cheddar cheese without busting my sodium intake allowance. Thanks guys
Really no salt. Of course the taste suffer a little.
My wife has a sodium restricted diet. She couldn't have cheese until we found this cheese. She loves it!

I hadn't been able to find salt-free cheese, locally, for quite a while...when Tillamook stopped making theirs in the 90's, the only salt-free cheese that I was able to locate was from overseas...the shipping costs were crippling! I ran across the above, by accident, and because I was trying to get away from eating heavily salted foods, it was a good bulk buy, with great ease of shipping, within the U.S. :>)
