Tough. Trying a hammer style meat tenderizer; helps a little but a lot of pounding. I'm not expert on meats so maybe don't know what I'm talking about. May need to get a slow cooker but don't want to because I'm going off grid soon and eating venison from then on and wont have electricity or any tenderizers except the hammer.
Delicious, high protein, no pesticides on grass (very important to me), easy to cut roast into portions for the freezer. This is my new favorite roast!
"Baby Elephant" of delicious beef; wonderful
Due to its size and shape I call this primal "the baby elephant". It is pure lean meat in bulk that I cut into large loaves or bricks. Since my diet is carnivore based on fatty meat, I cook it with raw lamb or beef suet, also from US Wellness. Also perfect for stews, especially with bones. Most nutritious food on earth or in history and cheaper per pound than Door Dust or Starvebucks chockolito sugar bombs.
The Whole Primal Beef Inside Round I liked the least out of my entire order, while it was still good the taste was was not as good as the other beef cuts and it was not quite as satisfying either but still okay.

We use this to make beef jerky. Perfect cut for that purpose and comes out great every time.
The size of a baby elephant so not for everybody due to its size. Plan how you are going to eat this monster. I carve it into bricks and freeze them then cook roasts, steaks, whatever. I just love the mass of juicy protein.
I can the meat so a large piece likes the best. Good quality meet.
