This is by far one of thee BEST APPS that I have ever used. I was so stressed and at my breaking point before I found it and after just looking around and clicking into the different things I was blown away 😍. I immediately purchased a subscription and if I'm being honest it was one of the best things that I've ever done for myself I absolutely love this app and everything that it has to offer. I've never been happier about finding this app it is awesome and it makes me feel good I absolutely love it. Some days I'm in so much pain it's hard to do a lot of things so I don't always journal but it doesn't mean that I'm not in this app I'm always doing the affirmations and reading things that other people post and I am just amazed. I am thankful for the app and the people who invested their time in putting this app together and getting knowledgeable information that will help everyone. I can't express my gratitude enough for this app and everyone who had a part in creating it thank you from the bottom of my heart I love you all thank you so much. I liked how they explained things in detail, give real examples, they seem to be inspired by helping others learn what they know.

I had a great experience with the 21 day self love course. It's been a great journey of transformation. My best days were on letting go off the past, I got to realize that even though I did forgive my mind was still being held captive by the memories of the past. I enjoyed the deep breathes each morning, they are powerful its one tool that I will forever cherish and use effectively. The daily affirmations are the most powerful initiative that has been done right by the gratitude company. It's a beautiful way to speak right to ourselves and infuse positive energy in our lives. Downloaded the gratitude app and shortly came across this course. I’m shocked by myself that I managed to complete it but I’m glad I did. Easy and uplifting, great way to start of the new year. I hope I’m able to practice daily gratitude and keep the habit. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful course for to start self love

Life is complicated with our having a person to shape you up when you’re lost and done with life. Aarushi is a great person at making you feel special and full of love and compassion with every word that she speaks I can really get caught into her vibe and feel relieved and find hope in myself again. She has every word to say that directly shifts your focus from your living nightmare to a happy life. I’ve always felt great working with Aarushi and I look forward to one day meeting this beautiful woman. The course is properly outlined. Video and audio clear enough. Easy to understand. It's amazing.

Everything that has been taught here is doable.

I did a 21 day course on self love and positive self affirmations and I really connected with the information provided. I am new to self love and new to daily journaling so this course made it easy to start both. I am excited to do more courses and keep writing in my journal.
