Quick delivery

Excellent service, delivery was well communicated and very friendly service. We had 2 separate deliveries of 2 tonnes and extra tonne of Cotswold chippings and we were extremely happy with the quality and overall look. Perfect!

Was so skeptical of ordering because of reviews but Placed my order to come 18th April I contacted customer service about my order because of the reviews people saying they don’t answer and I had communication straight away was called and asked if it was ok to come today (16th April) which I had no problems with as I was available anyway the delivery guy was absolutely lovely helped me get my 2 tonne bags into my front garden the stones are perfect couldn’t be happier with this company thank you so much!

Easy to order online,brilliant communication with sales problem solved straight away.Delivery on time,driver very helpful,foned prior to delivery giving time of arrival.Excellent quality of goods ordered would recommend to anyone.

Gravel master avoid at all costs

Stones arrived very quickly, by a lovely man that when he got here hadn't got the right tool to lower the back of lorry. When he returned, was a great help placing the stones in a suitable area. The stones are a lovely colour, and a affordable price, going to order another bag, to place around my property.

Delivery never arrived as expected today. No notification as to why. No one answering sales or customer service lines today and eventually I was cut off from customer services line after aroud 15 minutes of holding on.

Didnt deliver all products

Where do I even begin? I ordered a tonne of garden stones with next-day delivery—mainly because I enjoy a bit of fiction in my life, and this company did not disappoint.
Friday delivery? No. Monday? Also no. Yesterday? Bold of me to assume that might happen. At this point, the only thing arriving consistently is new excuses and revised dates.
I have to applaud the dedication—it’s not easy to repeatedly promise something and then deliver absolutely nothing. That level of reliability (in being unreliable) is almost admirable.
Customer service have been lovely in a “we’ll tell you what you want to hear and hope for the best” sort of way, which really adds to the overall experience.
As for the stones themselves, I can only assume they’re still in their natural habitat, living their best life, completely undisturbed by the concept of “delivery.”
If you’re looking to actually receive what you paid for, maybe look elsewhere. If you enjoy suspense, broken promises, and light financial regret, you’ve found the right place.

Really disappointed, ordered a bulk bag of topsoil and paid the additional £20 for delivery yesterday (Wednesday) and spent all day waiting with no communication. Couldn't get through on the phone, sent an email and was told at the end of the day that delivery would be made the next day. Called this morning and managed to get through to someone who stated delivery will be today between 1 & 3pm, still nothing. No communications or anything. 2 days now spent waiting for a delivery I paid extra for! Fair enough if there's a backlog of orders but they should be communicating that and limiting the orders they take to clear the backlog and not taking extra money promising specific delivery. Yet to see if anything actually gets delivered but very much won't be using again in the future.

I have placed an order it states it will be delivered today and they will give me an estimate time, which I have not received. I have called been holding for over an hour on two occasions. I have emailed and not one response. Shocking sales and customer service

The website is easy to navigate and order. If I had ordered the same product/weight from a well-known DIY store, the cost would have been double. The product delivered was of a high standard

My only additional commentary would be that the confirmation email stated I would be contacted at an appropriate time when the order was out for delivery. This never happened; my delivery did not happen until around 6 pm, so it would be beneficial for GM to state that some deliveries may be later in the day.

The customer service is non-existent. Delivery due today but there has been zero communication - not ideal as we need to be there for kerbside delivery of 1000kg of gravel. No one answers the phone or email. Unreliable and frustrating

First time order from Gravel

Wish I read these reviews first. No show despite paying more for morning delivery. No communication from Gravel Master. Customer services never pick up so went to sales team who do (funny that) and am told it will arrive tomorrow. Will update review depending on what happens.

Great service, smooth process from ordering to delivery.
Man who delivered friendly curious, helpful. Delivered no hassle certainly recommend.
