I was a little apprehensive about ordering from this website because, as many of you know, it’s nearly impossible to get your hands on the Fujifilm X100VI. I was worried it might be too good to be true, but after doing a deep dive into the reviews, I decided to take a chance.

After placing my order, I started second-guessing myself and wondered if I should have gone with the Canon PowerShot G7 X instead. I reached out to customer support, and Manu responded quickly. He was incredibly helpful and reassured me that he wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase—even offering to exchange the camera if I decided to change my mind.

In the end, I stuck with the Fujifilm, and I’m so glad I did. My camera arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I placed my order on Friday, and it was delivered by Tuesday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again!

Manu was very helpful and very responsive throughout the whole buying process (i did not have to talk to a chat bot at all which is very nice) and he replied to all my emails very fast. I was skeptical that I could purchase an X100VI but Gray porter came through. there were issues with my payment and delivery was delayed but it was nothing of their faults. I never write reviews but their customer service was top notch.

I had a genuinely great experience with GrayPorter⁠ customer service. Unfortunately my package was lost during the UPS delivery process, but their team handled the situation professionally, quickly, and with a lot of understanding.

Honestly, I was very skeptical to find a Fujifilm X100VI i stock and at MSRP, but after some research with BBB and TrustPilot, i decided to give Gray Porter a shot. There were some issues with shipping delays (no fault of Gray Porter!), but Manu at Gray Porter was in constant contact and even refunded shipping fee (I paid for express), gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience, and extended my warranty by a year for free. Highly recommend, and will for sure be purchasing from them again!

Someone answered a phone call in person (no automated answerer), had all the right answers, and was very personable and polite. So I took a chance. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
