While shopping for my mortgage, I found Grayton Mortgage's web-based application process to be quite efficient and was able to connect with their broker immediately after submitting my application. The team (Kevin, Eyal and others) responsible for my mortgage was knowledgeable, transparent, and provided me the details and guidance necessary to confidently hone in on proceeding with them. Needless to say, the process went smoothly as expected and I think the decision to go with Kevin and his team was definitely the right one. I would highly recommend Grayton Mortgage for anyone looking to take out a mortgage or refinance.

Kevin and his team are great! We have now used them twice (once for a refi and once for a new mortgage). They are very responsive and do a good job of answering any questions you have in a way that is easy to understand. They also keep things moving forward to ensure your closing stays on track. We will definitely use them again.

Kevin, David, and Jackie have been extremely helpful and super responsive. We had a lot of moving parts in our mortgage: selling a house before buying, change of employer with an offer letter starting in more than 60 days, gift funds, etc. I totally panicked in the beginning, but Kevin was able to calm me down and guide me through the process.
