I placed an order on October 31st, I needed to contact them as I have a query about my order, but, I just can't get hold of them, emails bounce straight back and phone goes straight to voice mail, and, its not even a business answer phone, I left a message, but, no call back either, I am really concerned I am not going to get my items, I really needed them for next week, but, doesn't look like I am getting them at all, order just says processing, if someone could contact me, that would be ideal please.

Ideal gift for our friends wedding anniversary - arrived promptly.

Took payment, no confirmation of order, no response to emails or phone messages and no delivery!!!

Really fast delivery and great communication.

Next day delivery was promised by company on 23rd December and extra delivery charges were made but goods did not arrive until after Christmas.
Maybe as a sign of goodwill the extra charges should be refunded.
No apology, or explanation, has been received.

(product was slightly cheaper at another local retailer but they were out if stock!)

This shipment was bought for a friend as a birthday present. he's a bit of a cider connoisseur and is really quite thrilled with the mix and quality of the drinks.
