Green Apple Leasing Reviews

Our second time using Green Apple. Efficient, polite and painless service both times. Very happy!

From start to finish had excellent service from Mark & Paul nothing was a problem that's all you can ask for when buying a car honesty
Thank you

This is our second car from here, great customer service, we weren’t sure what car we wanted but Mark and the team helped us choose the right car for our needs and our budget, delivered on our drive within a couple of weeks. Totally recommend. 5 stars well deserved.

Just received my second car from Green Apple and was as easy and helpful as the first time round. Paula was always available to answer any questions and queries and came through very efficiently with my requests. Would definitely recommend.

Just received my second car from green apple. Service last time and this...professional,friendly and very helpful in finding what i wanted. No negatives at all.....so far. Anthony R. Gloucester !!

I purchased a car last year which was ok. The after sales customer experience is terrible. Emails ignored by Andrew and Mark, with no response till date.

Apple Green have been very efficient, not only on the most recent occasion of upgrading my car but on a previous occasion. They found the car with the spec that I wanted very quickly which is a plus. Really happy with the car and the service; they were very friendly, helpful and professional and I would use them again and recommend to others. JJ

I have just taken delivery of a car from Green Apple Leasing for my business, first car via the business. They have been very helpful and responsive throughout, guiding me through the process and arranging delivery on time. Very pleased and will use again as we expand.

Have used Green Apple Leasing twice now and both times have had an amazing experience! They are really helpful and totally professional. The car they found me exceeded my expectations and made the process of swapping cars so easy they couldn’t do enough to help. They even swapped my private plate and had my windows tinted for me! Will recommend to friends and will be using them again.

Just taken delivery of my BMW 4-series Convertible. Mark has been superb throughout the whole process. good communication, answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Good deal on finance and found me the car to match my specification very quickly. Delivered exactly when they said they would at no extra cost and also transfered my cherished number plate onto the vehicle before delivery. Would highly recommend them !

Can't fault their turn around finding me a car, it was very fast. But when you're new to lease hiring and don't fully understand everything you naturally ask questions. The reason I'm leaving two is their customer and after sales service was very bad. Literally, once you pass the fourteen day cool off, return period, any call messages or emails you send will be ignored. I dealt with a guy called Andrew, classic nice guy sales man, who gave the classic "need a decision asap before someone else buys it" routine, so I did kinda feel pressured, but the car in fairness was ace. Sadly I had loads of complications with it from the whole 3 years I had it and it's worth noting these guys don't offer warranty so you need to purchase it separately from a different company. So in a nutshell, if you want a car quick, these guys are great, but don't expect any help or answers to questions once they've got their money.

In a nutshell Andrew and his team were brilliant!

This was the second time I have used Green Apple Leasing.

As always Andrew worked extremely hard to ensure I received the car I requested in a short time frame and actually in the end I obtained a better deal than originally expected.

Andrew was there every step of the way which ensured the smooth part exchange of my old Audi A5 for my new Porsche Cayenne. Andrew dealt with my finance company settling the finance on my old vehicle and setting up a new deal for the Porsche. He also dealt with the DVLA which included the transfer of my private registration and road tax.

Even during this difficult time due to COVID19, Andrew ensured there was no impact to the deal and delivered my car personally on the agreed date.

Andrew delivers an excellent, friendly, professional service which ultimately provides a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

I will continue to use Green Apple in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.

Thank you

Andrew was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. He explained the various options to me clearly and concisely, making it very easy to make my final decision. Customer care was exemplary, from ordering my car to its delivery, and the car arrived looking incredible. I would definitely recommend using Green Apple Leasing.

An excellent service! Andrew found exactly what I was looking for in no time and then guided me through my first lease agreement to make this a very efficient and easy process.

This is the 2nd car I have had and the service was amazing again.
Cannot fault the service nor the cars.
Completely hassle free experience.
Highly recommend!

First time I've leased a car and from the first conversation I had with Andrew I knew it was definitely for me.... Hassle free and he found me a great deal.... Would not hesitate for a second in recommending anyone to these guys.... First class!

My experience with this company has been excellent. The value for money is exceptional and the service has been great. I would highly recommend Green Apple without a doubt!

I have leased an Audi A4 from Green Apple Leasing after they were recommended by friend.
My point of contact was Andrew Poole and i can honestly say it was the easiest stress free dealings i have ever had !!
Andrew treats you like you are the most important client he has and finds you the best deal and walks you through the whole process so that its all simple and easy and enjoyable like getting a new vehicle should be but often is not !
Even friends who were sceptical about car leasing are now saying they will be using Green Apple Leasing for their next vehicle as didnt realise just how good the deals were!
Thanks a lot Andrew and Green Apple Leasing

This is the 2nd car I have leased through Green Apple and I must say the service ( particularly from Andrew) is outstanding. They go way beyond expectations and are incredibly knowledgable when it comes to time to change vehicles. It is a pleasure to recommend!

The 2nd time I am using Green Apple for my company needs again my contact Andrew Poole has provided a excellent service.
