Green Apple Leasing Reviews

Excellent service, thanks to all at Green Apple especially Andrew and delivery driver Kate for making everything go smoothly. Would recommend to anyone considering leasing a new vehicle.

Would highly recommend Greenapple, the service and customer care is excellent, Andrew Poole has gone above and beyond again with his expertise, thank you again👍🏻

We contacted Andrew who was extremely professional and was very helpful. We brought a Mercedes and after a few days did have some significant problems that should have been checked before delivering the car , anyhow Andrew was very quick to get these issues sorted and supplied with a hire car. We were very pleased with his service. We got the car back and noticed again some problems , one being major that the roof was not screwed on properly , again the service was very good getting this sorted and another hire car was supplied. We have had the car back about 2 weeks now and so far all is ok and they did pay for a winter health check for us which was appreciated but given all the problems we had this was a fair gesture. I am a little disappointed I have not had a follow up call to check all ok and never received the vouchers promised as a gesture of goodwill for all our initial problems !!! I would use this company again but feel a little disappointed that this issues even happened and the proper pre checks were not done to prevent this.

Very quick turnaround and car in great condition. Very good customer service too. Nice and easy process overall

I would 100% recommend Green Apple Leasing. With the help from Sue and Andrew I’ve now got my dream car! Many thanks for all the help.

Andrew Poole was extremely professional and informative throughout the whole process. He managed to source a top of the range Mercedes for me and an excellent price and the car was delivered within 1 week. Highly recommend.

My first experience of Green Apple Leasing and Andrew was to call to request information about a car I had seen on their website. Absolute joy not to be ‘sold at’ just straight forward information and very helpful assistance. Was kept informed all the way through the process. Andrew even phoned me whilst he was on holiday to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend. 👍

Andrew and Sue have provided a fantastic service. They are very responsive and highly professional. The whole process of delivering our lease car and buying our old car off us was seamless. Thank you!

My experience included several interactions with Andrew Poole. Working in the customer service industry myself, as a Regional Manager at Virgin Media, I was very impressed with Andrew's level of professionalism. Due to Andrew's knowledge and experience, I was truly confident about my pending vehicle and would have no hesitation but to score Andrew an NPS 10/10 score rating.

delivered on all fronts on what we asked for
service/communication were excellent
would not hesitate to recommend this company.

From start to finish Sue and Andrew ware very helpful. the whole process was as smooth and as painless as you can imagine. having being fed up with owning a used car, we decided to go for a lease and me and my fiance will most likely used Green Apple Leasing again.

Poor communication. Slow response time, didn’t answer questions I had. Not treated like a potential customer. Credit check passed - 9 days before 1 car was sent across by email for me to look at. Didn’t hit most of my wish list. Wasted 3 weeks. Very poor, will be looking elsewhere. Competitor has done more in 2 days than Green Apple did in 3 weeks! I would not recommend.

Update. Thank you for your response. It’s heartening to know that my opinion counts and that you’re a responsible company that will address the issues I faced.

Andrew and Sue are amazing!
This is a company that will go the extra 10 miles for a customer! They are helpful, resourceful and just fantastic!
Customer service was amazing! Thank you...

Fantastic service from the very first call. I had quite specific requests and Andrew kept me updated regularly with availability until I made my decision. Once I made my choice the car was with me within the week, on the date I requested. Green Apple will be the first company I contact when it's time to replace the current car.

Very easy to arrange. Andrew was extremely helpful and informative. He made it as easy as getting a new car can be. The car was very nice and was the kind of car I wanted. I just got the car a few days ago and all is well so far.
The good point about green Apple leasing is that one person follows you from start to finish.

Very good service would definitely recommend, infact have.Andrew Poole was very good and wouldn’t want to use another leasing company.

Very happy with the service,
