Shipping takes really long. Don’t know if it’ll ever come. Customer service phone number not reachable…

Such cute stuff. Our first order came quickly and was fine (stepping stones and balance beams), although the packing was minimal and I was surprised it reached us undamaged. Our second order was a Montessori material that was very subpar and low quality. It was not finished properly and seemed like a return, but reaching out to customer service took weeks of back and forth, and ultimately they were not able to stand by their products. This is very disappointing as they are the best resource for the balance beams, but I just can't risk having deliveries damaged or low quality items. The customer service felt a little bit unprofessional, but their answers were friendly, just not adequate or timely.

This was recommended by several people on a Facebook group I’m in and now I’m wondering if they were paid to go into groups and make comments. The stepping stones are knock offs of another set but the quality is so awful. It’s basically just colored styrofoam. I can’t imagine this being safe for any kid to play with as it’s so light it slips around when you step on it which is what it’s for. They also have a no return policy which I probably should have looked up before buying from a brand new site…..
