Absolute con men working for these

Took money off me for no reason even though I said not to DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Im based in Lancashire and green grants said its viable

I spent time waiting for these guys after they told me l was elligible. The young man who l spoke to kept refering to his boss who l never got to speak to and afer months of waiting and futile phone conversations they said l was inelligible. l think they are legit but having giving lots of personal info and got nothing in return l was worried it was a scam but l spoke to a very helpful lady today who did her best to reasure me and was very professional and helpful.

Easy process from start to finish. Some paperwork to complete but otherwise all ok

Everyone who came (and there was many) was very professional we were told how things were going and how long it would take.
The installation has transformed our house from a cold E (EPC) to a warm B+.

They seem very dodgy, leave well alone.

Although we ended up not proceeding with any installation, all the information Green Grant supplied to us was both accurate and pertinent and discussed in a very professional friendly and respectful manner.They really know the grants systems and what is ,and what is not,available, and a were altogether very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Green grants has made the whole application for an ECO4 grant smooth and straightforward. We were kept informed about every stage, and nothing was too much trouble. When one provider turned us down, Green Grants tried another provider for us, and we were successful. We’re now looking forward to a warm and cosy winter. Thank you!

The initial contact was a face to face invitation to a fact finding conversation at a local agricultural show.
A courteous and efficient phone contact followed..by our invitation.
We were furnished with facts and possibilities..information from us was collected with no fuss and full explanations.
At no time was any pressure applied to go forward with the scheme.
All stages were explained and acted upon and an open communication channel was available at all times.
In Truth if the company had not walked us through that whole process we doubt we would have gone ahead.
The team was very professional indeed.

Good communication and very rapid to get the project going, chose reputable company to undertake work, did all the leg work and applications for us and project under way within a month. Good experience for us.

The setting up process was very efficient and the work was carried out was done well and quickly dustsheets were put down on first day but then left rolled up the rubbish was all left i had to phone to arrange removal which happen a week later this let an otherwise good job down

A very friendly Mitch knocked on our door as a cold call in early May and told us we might be eligible for the ECO4 grant based on our house age, type and oil central heating. We were a little suspicious (and whilst we get few cold callers, I generally wouldn't agree to something from a cold call, but something get right) but went ahead with the free survey after a phone call with Bryce in the office who clearly explained the process, Green Grants role and explored our eligibility as homeowners. Green Grants were really efficient and collected all the relevant information, and connected us with an installer who specialised in solid wall house insulation. The house survey was conducted the following week and 2 weeks to the day of Mitch knocking on the door we had our grant approved. The work (internal wall insulation, loft insulation, ventilation, Air Source Heat pump installation and whole house central heating re-plumbing and new radiators installed, solar panels) carried out by Smart Energy Homes (see my other reviews) was finished within 6 weeks of the grant being approved! The teams that came to do the work, were professional, and friendly.
Knowing that Bryce and the team were available as an independent intermediary was very reassuring, especially as they were so efficient and professional with the application.
I highly recommend Green Grants UK.

Pissed me about for months. With no replies, sent over all required documents twice and heard nothing for absolutely ages. Then they eventually came back with 'your local council isn't supporting this scheme any longer'. Total waste of time!
