From begining to end everyone we talked too was friendly, helpful and efficient. Any questions or issues along the way we're quickly dealt with. There was a slight delay because of the weather but the work was quickly rescheduled a few days later. On the day the chaps worked quickly , were polite and pleasant and left no mess.
After being let down by another company we are very glad we found Green Home Systems and would recommend them to anyone.

Great job. We had unusually difficult access to our rear wall due to an extension, but the team persevered and found time to come out a second time to complete the work. The local manager and installers were determined to get it done right, and were professional throughout. Good customer service.

I used Green Homes for internal wall insulation and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Would have no issues using them in the future.
After a few issues with another company I had in for the floor insulation, this team helped restore my faith in tradesmen. They did the work to a high standard and left me extremely impressed. They told me what work was out standing or what snagging had still to be done. Cleaned up after themselves and focused on doing a perfect job and making sure i was happy with the completed work. Stevie and Boab done most of the work. Great wee double act and it was easy to chat and get a laugh with them. True asset to Green Homes this wee team. Spoke to Callum a few times and again nothing was an issue. Plasterer they sent was great also. Great value for money also. Won a watch with this service. Only regret was not using them for the floor insulation!

I'm quite a fussy customer but am really impressed with this company.
They were really courteous from the outset and delivered what they said they would in a professional manner.
The installation guys did a great job with our cavity wall insulation and were thorough in tidying up behind them.

Unbelievable experience! So efficient and friendly. I live on the Isle of Arran so complications with ferries etc but they coordinated the teams and the heating system was installed within 3 days. Amazing service.

Firstly had a cistern repaired and i was so impressed had Mark back to put in mixer taps. This company is both professional in their customer care/communication and very efficient. Mark is of an approachable cheerful lad, nothing too much bother. I would highly recommend this company. They will now be my go to plumbers.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. From dealing with my sales enquiry, through survey, technical clarifications, scheduling the work, installation , completion of documentation and payment, everyone just seems to know what they are doing!

A representative visited our home a few weeks ago, he explained we may be entitled to air-source heating and Solar panels under a Government Scheme. We had heard this from at least 3 other companies, but we thought we had nothing to lose. The office of Green Home Systems contacted us to arrange surveys etc. and everything was fitted the week beginning 12 09 23. The staff are first class polite and assisted us in every way possible, we could not be happier, If you are thinking of having the same system fitted either with grant aide or not, you will not do better than to go to Green Home Systems.

We applied for an Eco Grant and it was given to Green Home Systems. Great Choice. From application to completion was less than a month.
1st Insulation in the attic. Great team and very neat and tidy. Hoovered when finished.
2nd Solar Panels and all associated electrics. 2 teams. The roof team were brilliant, all knew what and when to do things. All completed,10 panels in an afternoon. The electrics team were excellent, Matthew, Jamie and Gregor. Floor all covered and everything cleaned when finished. All in all took less than a day from start to generating electricity.
3rd Air Source Heat Pump (Contracted to Matchless Gas) Great team led by Casper. Again all property was respected and cleaning was all done everyday.
(They don't box in pipework is the only minor complaint)
4th Boxing In team. Paul and Josh were fabulous and boxed in the afforementioned pipework brilliantly having had to cut the mdf in the rain outside!

Many thanks to Matthew in the office who spent ages answering and sorting my questions and queries and special mention to Connor of the Solar Team (office based) who again had to put up with me without losing his patience. Thank you all

Green homes installed my full heating & solar panels excellent tradesman polite & very polite & courteous did an excellent job especially the 3 young plumbers what lovely polite & professional young men they were extremely helpful polite & very good at explaining everything they left my home spotless inside & out couldn’t recommend this company enough thank yous for everything 👏

A very pleasant experience from these folk. From sales to back office to engineers, I can't fault them. They're over a month in and still available to keep an eye on the installation. They're knowledgable and their workmanship is exemplary. I would happily recommend them.

From the moment of first contact, I was assigned Michael Brown as the renewables consultant. Michael was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were sound for the property needs. A proposal was received immediately, and solar PV installation date arranged quickly once HES approval was received. The installation of 12 panels, battery, solar hot water system and cabling was done efficiently by an expert team of engineers who were all very good at their job. The only negative experience is when dealing with the office - obtaining technical support from Connor required numerous phone calls, which along with emails were not returned. Obtaining an accurate MCS certificate took 2 weeks, which delayed the switch to a suitable export tariff - the office and administrative work could be easily sped up to improve the overall experience.

Recently had solar and battery storage installed by Green Home Systems. Can't fault the company, from first contact to completion, very knowledgeable, polite and work to schedule, the engineers even clean up and take away all the packaging. I would have no problem recommending these guys and would use them again.

Green Home Systems installed my solar and battery system in July 2023. The whole experience was really positive and I'm very happy with the results! The survey was smooth and the advice provided by Michael was expert and helpful. The installation was seamless and I was very impressed by the steps the team took to keep my house clean despite the drilling etc. I received the relevant paperwork very quickly afterwards and am now happily experiencing 0 electricity bills and bonus export income, too. Thanks team!

No pressure from surveyor, just interested in giving you the best system to suit your needs.
Installation went well, electricians and roofers kept us informed what was required to do the solar pv installation.
All packaging and debris remove from the house.

I contacated this company regarding installation of solar panels; the team at green home systems were very efficient from first point of contact through to installation and after sales queries I had.

The panels look great and I paid an additional cost for bird skirting which gives a really nice finish. I would definitely recommend adding the bird skirting on to your quote!

Special mention to the surveyor Michael who came out to see us and assisted us with the loan funding, and Connor who helped us set up the octopus tariffs.

I would not hesitate to use this company and have recommended their services to other friends and family.

Highly recommend! Guys were on time, knew their stuff re checking gas appliances etc, even kindly moved our heavy planters for us before starting. Job completed and tidied up before we knew it with everything back in place. Guarantee & insurance certificates received by email next day. Very professional (and cheery)!!

Solar panel and battery installation. After a very poor experience with another company I was lucky to be able to move my order to GHS. They were friendly helpful and supportive, giving all the advice and information I needed to reapply for the government loan. Because of previous delays we were working to a very tight schedule but as soon as the paperwork was in place the installation was arranged at very short notice. On the day of the installation the panel installer was here early, having left home at 5.30 am and worked incredibly hard. The electricians were equally impressive. Friendly efficient and tidy. The job was completed by lunchtime and they gave me excellent training on using the system. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, particularly Andy Naismith who guided me through the whole process and went well beyond normal service to help me get this completed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good professional, impartial advice to make sure that we got the right system for us. Installation was clean, tidy and very professional. Ours is an old property and nowhere near as simple to work with as a new build, but the team always found the right solutions to issues. No complaints whatsoever, I have no hesitation in promoting Green Home Systems.
