I just received my insurance renewal and it's increased by 22%!
For what reason? I drove it less than a thousand miles last year! I'm 58 and as a very safe driver, insurance bills should go DOWN as there is very little risk for a proven driver!

I used to praise Green Light on social media- especially to new TVR owners, but I need to change my tune and notify owners on Pistonheads as well as Facebook to avoid.

I cannot support Greenlight any further. This is not how you treat valued customers.

Requested a quote online. They ask for a lot more information than a lot of other insurance brokers and then they can't insure me because it's a BMW. Surely when I entered the registration plate and it's a BMW they should stop you then, rather than taking all your information anyway.

Brilliant customer service, best my renewal quote with plenty of extras such as unlimited modifications, will definitely recommend.

I spoke to several modified car insurance companies today and Will at Greenlight was by far the most pleasant to speak to. Always go above and beyond to get the best prices and great customer service.

I have used Greenlight Insurance Services for 15 years+ and have always found them to be the most competitive for my modified vehicles. Their staff are always friendly and helpful.

It is such a pleasure to use an insurance company where you can ring a landline number and a real person answers the phone in a speedy manner - no waiting in queues, pressing numbers or being moved from one department to another. The person who answered the call gave me a quote, I paid it by card over the phone and all docs were emailed to me in minutes. I have used this company for over 12 years now and cannot fault their customer service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible customer service from the team at Greenlight. I am a new modified vehicle owner and had no idea most insurances companies wouldn’t offer me a policy (especially at such a great price). However, the team were so helpful on the phones, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to find me an amazing quote! I have spoken with Charlie and Adam who have both been super patient with me and showed extreme professionalism throughout my calls. I will be recommending Greenlight to my friends and family and look forward to renewing my policy next year.

Unlike Lawrence, (who only leaves negative reviews incidentally) I had an outstanding experience, with both Charlie and Greenlight insurance itself - I think the other person whom I spoke to was called Adam, maybe Andy.

Charlie was professional and informative. The whole process was smooth and I doubt I will go to a different insurance provider in the foreseeable future.

Renewed again on my Focus ST for the 3rd time. Quick and easy without any hassle. Spoke to Charlie again who I’ve always dealt with and he sorted me out. Speak again next year!!

Green light keep getting my review removed!! Who knows how many other reviews they've managed to get rid of??
Once they've got your money, that's it. You'll be treated with disrespect and argumentative behaviour if you want to change or cancel your policy at the renewal, I made the mistake of making a payment for my policy then requesting a change. After being told of the increase in premium I requested to cancel at my renewal, but because I've paid they're taking £95 pound out of my full payment to them. Then Charlie became argumentative and extremely rude. They won't help me with my claim that's completed but still marked as outstanding, I need to spend days being pushed from pillar to post to give up, absolute shambles. Avoid this company. Bad service and business morals.
Charged me a cancellation fee even though they won't insure my new vehicle.

I spoke with Will about my information and he had a good brief conversation with me about the car I own, made it feel very welcoming. Sorted it all out with a incredible quote (for me it was a good quote), gave me all the info I needed to know about the insurance company an the excess' etc. All round amazing.

Very Happy with the cover especially the fact that adding modifications is free as long as the power doesnt increase a great deal.
