Whether it’s weeds or moss, fungal diseases or insect infestations, our lawn experts will identify the cause of your lawn’s problems and recommend the best products and treatments for bringing it back to life. Don’t forget, there’s no lawn we can’t save! Our lawn treatment plan consists of five Seasonal Treatments, applied around nine weeks apart. At each treatment, we apply a fertiliser, and a weed or moss control. We may also recommend some further treatments to will help keep your lawn looking its very best. In addition to our Seasonal Treatments, we can carry out a range of supplementary services to give your lawn the extra boost it might need to maintain its condition. Always a friendly service

Always a friendly service. My new lawn was laid during a hit July in 2022 and with good watering and care from LawnCare it has faired extremely well. It gets many compliments and looks green all year round. Very happy with the service me and my lawn receive from LawnCare. Thank you .

We used to be happy with the service…

We used to be happy with the service but the last year our lawns have deteriorated. We have spoken to the guy who comes about it but nothing has changed. So we cancelled our contract. Through numerous emails not once have they addressed our complaint about the state of the lawns but are just trying to get a late cancellation fee from us. First saying it’s due to the cost of sending someone out which they didn’t. When this was pointed out then they admitted they didn’t send anyone but are charging anyway. Very poor customer service. I would have expected at the very least to ask for photos of the lawns or offer to put it right? But no… they just want the money .

During our time caring for your lawns, we provided detailed recommendations following serval of our treatments to improve their condition, including advice on mowing and watering. Unfortunately, it appears these steps were not followed, which likely contributed to the challenges you faced.

Regarding your cancellation, we’ve thoroughly reviewed our records and could not locate the email you mentioned. You also stated that the email has disappeared from your sent items, which we find quite unusual. Without any confirmation of the cancellation, the late cancellation fee was applied in accordance with our terms.

We strive for clarity and fairness in all our interactions, so if further information comes to light, we’d be happy to review it.

No recommendation

The lawn looks worse than when this 'treatment' began. Different employees came and went, with no reference back to me or explanation of what was done.
For constructive and effective help I strongly suggest that the client is involved and informed.
I would not recommend this firm.

Poor Communication and Service

Wouldn't come when they said they would. I would leave my property open at the side so they could enter, yet they failed to come on numerous occasions. When I called to express my concern, they would simply say "that's the way it is". Poor communication.

They also wouldn't clear up all the aeration mess up, as they stated they would do. Overall, I think it's easier to do it yourself, for what they do or go to a local gardner who will take pride in providing personal caring service.

Dear Mr. Hughes,

Upon reviewing the situation, I noticed that access was not provided on the scheduled date, which had been communicated to you several months in advance. We also sent a courtesy reminder the night before. From what I understand, the reason for the lockout may have been that the grass had not been properly prepared. If that was the case, you could have easily contacted us in advance to avoid a wasted visit and the costs involved.

I would also like to address your concern about how our communication was handled. It is not in our nature to offer curt responses such as "that's the way it is." Upon reviewing the transcript of the conversation, I can confirm that my colleague explained the situation clearly and noted that the date you were given months in advance was one of the few available due to our tight and efficient scheduling.

With regard to the aeration, I see that you were offered the core pickup service, which is a paid option clearly detailed on our website. Unfortunately, you declined this service, but I must emphasize that we cannot provide it free of charge, especially after incurring expenses on a visit where no work could be carried out.
