Please email your booking reference and a redacted record showing the hold privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can check its status and explain the timeline that applies.

We understand how frustrating it was to keep calling and emailing when the deposit took longer than the 21 working days you were given. We cannot see the payment timeline from this review. Please forward your rental reference and earlier correspondence privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so central customer services can trace the deposit and explain the delay.
