I hired the car late (plane delayed) in that time they got a red light fine. They wouldnt admit it was theres. Took me months to get it cleared through NSW revenue. NEVER AGAIN for me.

The device at the pick up point was great. The same on return . Getting to the depot is a problem . The shuttle bus is too far away. I got a cab.

On 30 September 2026
On 30 September 2026, I took possession of the rental car, I paid a deposit of AUD200 for tolls. When I returned the car on 4 October I was assured that the deposit less toll charges would be refunded. Instead my credit card was charged for my tolls on Wednesday 7 October and despite 2 requests for the refund, a refund has not been processed to my credit card. Therefore I will be disputing the transaction on 30 September with my credit card provider.

The timing of the offence and the vehicle handover records are central to that question, and we cannot establish them from the review. Service at their depot at the crown plaza is fast and efficient. The trouble is getting there. The shuttle bus is along way away.
