- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.

We understand your concern that the $500 deposit from your 20 September rental has not yet returned. We cannot see its current status from this review. Please email your rental reference and a redacted statement showing the pending or completed transaction privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can check the authorisation and explain what happened.
Shuttle wait time was 70 min!
The shuttle wait time was 70 min at the Viscount terminal in Toronto.
We called 6 or 7 times from the terminal phone and it went to voice mail after the initial call that went through to the company to send the shuttle.
When the shuttle driver arrived finally, he argued that we had only called 10 min before.
finally got the car at 4:30 pm (booked for 3pm) which put us right in the middle of Friday long weekend traffic to get out of Toronto.
NEVER AGAIN.
Disorganized to say the least!
