Customer service excellent …
If tried to order a one off product separate to our normal 6 weekly delivery
as we were away on holiday and needed it to be delivered there.
However their website isn’t the easiest to negotiate and I ended up just ordering another normal delivery to home.
I rang them and straight away they sorted the order out - refunded the difference and dog food duly arrived the next day at site.

First time using this Company
First time using this Company. Found them very friendly and helpful over the phone. The actual product my dogs love. They’re really fussy eaters but the white fish range in wet/dry food and the treats are going down very well
Will be setting up a regular order very soon.

Very helpful people
Very helpful people - delivery was very quick and they went out of their way to send some of the fish treats down to us on holiday - they arrived exactly on the day I asked for them. Our dog has an allergy and can only have fish based food - he absolutely loves the fish treats!

Always there when I phone nothing is too much trouble and my dog loves their food she has a very sensitive tummy but she is absolutely fine on this food we have had no trouble at all since.

The web site was easy to view and order from.
Delivery was quick.
I had some of my dogs old food so did not start straight away but when l did she is certainly enjoying it.

Have been having my order every 8 weeks for sometime now , always on time , always know after my payment , that the food delivery will follow in a couple of days and am notified of the day, if I need to contact Green Pantry, helpful knowledgeable staff well done

What an absolutely amazing company
What an absolutely amazing company. I placed an order online and made a mistake so I spoke to customer support ( really friendly customer support staff)following morning to see if I could change the order of which they did with no fuss at all. Delivery was delivered on time as well.

Excellent in all aspects!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my cats were unable to take their scheduled cat biscuits, necessitating the postponement of my order for a number of weeks. Green Pantry had no trouble arranging for this to be done.
Am excellent company and an excellent product which all 3 of my cats fully approve of.
