Greentech Renewables - Solar Panel Installers Reviews

All my communication with Greentech was handled promptly during both the time evaluating possible installers and having the solar panels and battery installed. Their pricing was very competitive and the products equivalent to those proposed by alternative providers. Greentech were incredibly helpful with helping to arrange an unanticipated re-roof prior to the panel installation. All the work was carried out efficiently and the team were polite and communicated clearly throughout. They kept the area around the house clean and tidy with minimal work required inside the house itself to install the cabling to the panels in the loft. The office staff were quick to respond and followed up on all the requests/queries I made. Documentation and guarantees were all provided as promised. The installation has performed as expected so far. I am very happy to recommend Greentech to others considering a solar PV installation.

Choose Greentech initially through reviews and location. A first conversation with Caroline gave me confidence I was going in the right direction. Greentech came out and checked my house for suitability. After that the whole process went at a good pace without me feeling pressured at all. My panels and Tesla battery were fitted by fantastic workmen that were professional and extremely knowledgeable.
My solar installation was completed 5 weeks ago and I’m now producing much better solar energy than I ever expected and haven’t paid for peak rate electricity since. I’m also now selling back to the grid which is an added bonus I didn’t calculate would happen.
I am so happy to have navigated the solar installation’s maze without any problem’s whatsoever. Thank you to all the team at Greentech. (Special mention to Gina for all the complicated admin!!)
Thank you Martin Saunders

We had recently East-West solar panels and battery system installed by Greentech Renewables. Our experience from start to finish was great.
I really do recommend the team at Greentech Renewables, they’ve designed and installed a system that works perfect for our needs.
From the initial enquiry, engineer consultation with Anthony, planning and overall guidance and advices, to the team handling all the paper works for us on back grounds. A special shout out to Gina and Caroline dealing with DNO applications, MCS certificate and all the documents coming with our solar system installed submitted and received in reasonable short time. They handled everything from start to finish at a high standard.
Their onsite installation team were highly professional and supper efficient. Special thank you for panel installers team, dealing with my “slightly bigger” panels. As well the electricians (Sam and others) very professional, good communication did a great job.
My experience with them has been fantastic! Would recommend them to anyone.

Really pleased with the work from Greentech Renewables. They installed a 10.8 kWp solar PV system along with a Tesla Powerwall 3, and the whole installation was completed to a very good standard.

The workmanship was neat and professional, and the system was installed with care and attention to detail. The team were helpful throughout, and we’re very happy with the finished installation.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending Greentech Renewables to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish!
The installation was successfully completed on 29th July 2026, and we would like to say a huge and sincere thank you to Gina, Caroline, Anthony and especially the installation team Danny, James, Nathan and Owen for all their hard work, professionalism, and dedication.
The whole process has been fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The installation team were particularly impressive hardworking, respectful, efficient, and clearly took great pride in what they do.
Our only small regret is that we didn’t manage to get the team to stay for lunch! We had hoped to treat them as a small gesture of our appreciation, but they very politely declined. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to return the favour another time!
Most importantly, we are absolutely delighted with the final result. The installation looks fantastic, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the finished product.
A massive thank you to everyone involved. Your hard work, professionalism, and dedication have made this such a great experience, and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
Thank you again, everyone at Greentech Renewables Ltd you’ve done a brilliant job! 👏
Thank You,

5/5 Stars – Superb Job by the Entire Team!
A massive thank you to the team at Greentech Renewables Ltd for a brilliant solar & battery installation.
From the initial guidance during the quoting phase to the office staff keeping us updated on paperwork/MCS paperwork, and the on-site engineers who completed the installation with zero fuss—everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The system is running perfectly and generating great power already. Very pleased we chose Greentech!

We recently had a 16-panel solar and battery system installed by Greentech Renewables, and I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The team handled absolutely everything for us, including the DNO applications, scaffolding, installation, commissioning, and all of the post-installation documentation. Having a single company manage the entire process made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Their in-house installation team was highly experienced, professional, and extremely careful throughout the job. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and it was clear they took pride in what they do. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and were always happy to answer any questions we had along the way.

The 2-year 0% finance option was also incredibly helpful, making the investment much more manageable and accessible.

Overall, Greentech Renewables delivered an outstanding service and a high-quality installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering solar and battery storage, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic job!

I am very pleased with my solar installation from Greentech Renewables. The team was professional, friendly and completed the installation to a high standard. The workmanship is neat, and they explained everything clearly throughout the process.

They also provided all the required handover documents, including the MCS certificate and electrical certification, and were helpful with any questions I had after the installation.

I would definitely recommend Greentech Renewables to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

Thank you to the whole team.

From accepting the quotation to receiving the final paperwork the service was excellent. The surveyor was both knowledgeable and informative and ready to make suggestions to improve our installation. Upon paying our deposit and placing the order we were given an installation date. The panels arrived at 8 am, followed by the electrical engineers to do preparatory work, followed in quick succession by the panel installers. All were friendly, knowledgeable and skilled in their respective spheres. The job was completed by 2 pm. And they swept up! The paperwork arrived in a couple of days. Excellent, I cannot praise them highly enough. And best of all they submitted the best price. Don't hesitate to engage them.

First rate installation lads who did the job left the area spotless and the installation looks good

The company gave comprehensive, helpful information - no undue pressure, just helpful explanations. Pricing was very reasonable, and no unexpected extras. The project went exactly to time, no delays. The team was outstanding - always prompt, minimal impact , though it was a big job - changing to airsource heat pump from gas, as well as solar panel installation. They cleaned up thoroughly after and gave clear, full explanations about the product. Really pleased. Early days, but company very efficient and supportive in after-sales.

Everything was perfect from first contact and the initial quote through to installation and getting the system up and running.

Gina was fantastically helpful throughout, always happy to advise and answer questions, and the lads who carried out the installation were polite, skilled and left everything tidy.

Since the install I’ve effectively only been paying the standing charge for electricity, so it really doesn’t get much better than that.

Highly recommended

Greentech (Gina and Caroline in the office, and Sam and team for the install) made everything really easy for the installation of our solar panels, battery and EV charger. Clear pricing and proposal, easy to apply for finance, and a pragmatic approach to quirks on the install. Really happy with the service and I would recommend them.

The whole process from initial contact through survey, installation and follow-up from the Greentech Renewables team has occurred seemlessly and cleanly. The only reason that I haven't awarded 5 * is that it is very early in our monitoring and using solar and we haven't yet got recompense from our electricity supplier and seen how our solar works in practice. Early days and so far, so good.

Very impressed with Greentech all round. A friendly and helpful team. They talked us through the process carefully and everything was done as described, and on time. Our system is installed and functioning well and we are already noticing the benefits.

Greentech Renewables installed my solar panel system and battery. The entire experience was seamless and fairly fast. Their team was highly professional and quick to respond. I’m satisfied with the work they did and would gladly recommend them to others.

Speedy professional staff,

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!
I had a full solar panel system with battery installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation to the final handover, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing a perfect job.
They explained everything clearly, helped me choose the best setup for my needs, and kept me informed every step of the way. The installation itself was smooth, tidy, and completed on time – you can tell they take real pride in their work.
The system is performing brilliantly, and the battery makes a huge difference in maximizing energy savings. It’s great to see immediate results and know I’m reducing my energy bills and carbon footprint.
Special thanks to the whole team – friendly, hardworking, and highly skilled. A very special thank you to Gina Park for the excellent support and service throughout the process.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage. Truly a 5-star experience!

Regrettably, we can’t remember how we came across this company. However, we are so pleased that we did. We asked three companies to quote for our solar panel and battery installation. This company were streets ahead of the competition.
Syd was 1st to visit to discuss our requirements, followed by Andy to carry out a technical survey. All the while ably supported by Gina in the office. James and his crew arrived on the day of installation.
They were absolutely brilliant clean & tidy with a first class job - all at a reasonable price. We are so pleased we chose this company. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Greentech Renewables.

Made the whole process very easy indeed. Recommended what was required and installed with a minimum of fuss. Installation took less than a day. After sales service also very good, and all at a great price.
