Gregg is the only jeweler I will ever use. Top notch service! My wife and I have recommended him to countless friends and stranger. I can't think of one that hasn't been anything but absolutely pleased with their experience. It's been 10 years since he made her custom engagement ring. He and the rest of the team have become like family over those years.

I went to Gregg Helfer in order to have a custom designed piece of jewelry created to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and Gregg was fantastic through every phase. He listened well, came up with constructive ideas, and was excited about the project.

When it came down to execution, that was flawless as well. He created a wax image of the final piece which was spot-on to what we had talked about for me to approve (which I did) and then it was on to the final creation of piece.

The end result could not have been better. It is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece which my wife really loves and wears often. I will be going back to Gregg Helfer exclusively for my future jewelry needs. Yes, Chicago is a bit of a drive from where I'm starting, but for the level of work that Gregg provides, it is incredibly worth the time to go see Gregg. They are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent jewelry at incredibly good prices.

Working with Greg was an absolute pleasure. He knew his diamonds and helped me with the entire process. Communication was a breeze and he was very flexible in regards to setting up appointments or allowing walk ins.

His staff delivered a detailed rendering of the ring as well as a wax mold to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. The entire process was smooth, enjoyable, and quick.
