I just recieved my Flycam 5000 plus comfort arm/vest rig yesterday, just 3 days after I ordered it. I've just gone through the parcels and everything is there.
Before I bought the Flycam 5000 rig, I was chatting to them about other options and they even recommended a product they don't stock. I know that happens in regular shops, but you rarely come across it with e-tailers. Also their prices are great and are hard to beat. All in all 10/10 and I will definitely deal with these guys again.

I purchased a Flycam 3000 MB thinking, as is written in the description of the item that a Plastic Quick Release was included. After I payed it I discovered, thanks to my friend Riccardo Fissore (you can read his review below), that the quick release plate is not included. I asked for a quick release plate for free because of the site error and I received it BUT the quick release is not 100% compatible with the Flycam 3000 MB head because the space between the holes of the Quick Release Plate is different from the space between the holes on the Flycam head, to make it work I’ll have to drill the Flycam head to enlarge the holes and buy a second bolt (not included) to firmly block the QR on the Flycam head.

I really like the livechat support, I could talk a lot with the livechat operator to clarify some problems on the site, for example I bought a Flycam 3000MB and I discovered in livechat that the quick release plate was not included in the offer even if it was clearly written in the description of the item. In any case the operator gave me a quick release plate for free because I paid it already thinking it was included. The description had some other problems, sometimes the Flycam 3000MB was called Flycam 3000MB Dslr (Dslr is a tag for the Flycam Nano model only which is less professional).
Finally I received my Flycam, it's nice! the only problem is that the quick release plate do not fit the holes on the Flycam head, I will have to drill a new hole to be able to lock the quick release plate very well.

I ordered a flycam 5000 and got it in one week. Excellent is the live chat and mail service with the staff, that is very nice and cordial. Good points also the prices and the free shipping worldwide.

I couldn't pay with my PayPal account but when I emailed them I got a really quick response and they sent me an invoice via PayPal that worked perfectly. Great service!

I ordered a few products. I received a personal mail where they wrote that i will recieve a upgraded version of a products. no extra costs and very freindly! I recommend this site to anyone!

I recently ordered from the website and was at first a little worried as there's no direct phone number to a human being and they're a little slow replying to emails (however I was later made aware that they had just moved showrooms, from Camden to Islington, and deeply apologised for the delay in replying). But the thing that gave me renewed confidence was their LIVE CHAT facility. It's not always available but when it was I found connection was quick and I received excellent customer care. Very friendly, helpful and informative. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I've never reviewed a site before but really felt compelled to offer positive feedback.

I was a bit worried about some bad reviews i read on other websites than trustpilot. Using the live chat, i asked a lot of questions regarding my order and trying to figure out if i could trust camerakings and spend almost 600€ of dslr gear there. I was in contact with some patient, helpful and commited guy who answered every question he could, and tried to help me chosing the perfect gear i was looking for.

Delivery was pretty fast, although some parts where coming from India. Living in France, I had to pay additional costs for tax and custom duty for these parts. Camerakings told me they would cover that, as mentioned in their terms and conditions.

The nice part : i had two bills for this, 17€ and 24,90€, and could only give them the 24.90€ bill because i was dumb enough to lose the other one. Nevermind. Talking about trust : they just took my word and refund me the total amount £34,50 GBP although i couldn't provide the second bill.

Well, it's the first time i'm happy enough of the service of an online shop to write a review about them, i usually don't, but they definitely deserve it. Camerakings.co.uk is definitely the place to get quality gear for good prices, and i will order there again without any mistrust.

I ordered some lens filters and managed to order the wrong size somehow. The good folk at cameraking exchanged for the right size straight away no fuss and no expense either. You cant get better than that.

I had ordered a stabilizer on wednesday and it said it will be 5-7 working days so i was not sure if i would get it in time. also the on the order page it said "awaiting fulfilment" i was worried as i didn't really no what that meant. so i went on the live chat service and started to talk to a person called "Gabi" who first of all explained what "awaiting fulfilment" and then saw my message saying "please be with me by tuesday". so i was talking to Gabi and she realised that i needed time to practise so went the step further for me and made it next day delivery. Gabi has not only got the product here early but helped me practice ready for my job.

I received the camtree rig on time and am absolutely pleased with its performance. There was a misunderstanding with the shippers and still did not recieve the requested item but I do really love that you was able to send me a kit to do my shoot with, within 24hours. I am so glad you was able to help me out for my shoot. I have my last night of filming today, and the CamTree Rig has performed very well for the purpose I needed it for. The balance is fantastic, as is the Weight Ratio. The attachments are useful and the best bit about it is the flexibility of the whole thing.

No extra fees were included which was a relief.

Truly a Company that cares about their customers and always wish to ensure the client has kit ready for a shoot.

I had a great deal of questions about purchasing a Flycam 5000 and Comfort Vest bundle. A man called Gabi answered all my questions perfectly without any obligation to buy the product. I mentioned that delivery time was crucial and he took it upon himself to expedite this personally. My Flycam has arrived and setup within 30 minutes, working just great. A quality product. We needed a very urgent dolly and track, and Camera Kings, as always, got all of the equipment to us, part from London and part from India, within two days. The price was excellent and the import duty on the goods from India was refunded to us in under 12 hours.

I've got a steadicam system with a faulty gimbal and Camerakings immediately offered a replacement, even without me asking for it. Cameraking has effective communication with its vendors, so I received the replacement part quickly and free of postal charge. So my steadicam is working properly now :)
