Refund not easy
I bought 2 pairs of shoes, different sizes. I had to change both. The client service by email was slow, maybe because it was during Chinese's New Year. Returning the product cost about 40€/pair as it had to be paid by me. They offered me to pay only the shipping cost of new pairs and keep the old ones, about 25€. So returning and refund is not a good option with them, but there are some alternatives.
I am massively dissepointed!!
I am massively dissepointed by this firm. Ordered a pair of shoes, delivery was longer than promised (=waited for 6 weeks. The shoes didn't fit wel and I wanted to send them back. They didn't respond to my complaint emails very quick and asked me 3 times if I wanted a discount. So, the sell counts, not the customer. I send my shoes back to china, hoping for the best to get my money back. Do not buy from this firm, waist of money.
Overall poor experience. Get Saguaro.
I've seen their ads for a while, offering unmarked Saguaro shoes for double the price.
I ordered a pair for the regular Saguaro price (=50% "discount") through their extended christmas sale in the beginning of january, containing a bonus cotton gift bag and toe separators.
Shipping would be done withing 2-3 business days, which it did.
Nothing happened for ten days, then the package showed up in France. It went back and forth between Paris and Strasbourg for a few weeks, despite me contacting both the shipping company and Grönanda.
Grönanda was quick to send me a second pair, free of charge. A tracking number was specified, then nothing happened for 14 days. This is 6 weeks after the initial order was placed.
A package was delivered a few days after, but it wasn't my order although it had my address label on it.
I contacted both companies, a courrier was supposed to come pick up the wrong parcel, but no one ever came. Mid-march I recieved the second pair, whilst I am still waiting for the first ones.
The shoes came in a cotton bag, but without a box as shown on the Gronanda website. ALthough they are supposed to be water-repellent fabric, it's denim-printed neoprene.

I have arthritis ordinary trainer give me severe pain/swelling of the ankle and foot. Since I have brought Gromamda sports. The pressure on my feet has disappeared making it more comfortable to walk. I am very satisfied with these. I will definitely be getting more!!
Fall apart, no warranty
The customer service reacts very quickly and is kind and polite, but: the 'easy size swap' involved 15€ shipping cost, and: after about a month the soles started disconnecting from the shoes. Instead of a replacement or a full refund they offered me a 35% refund.

SCAM
I ordered mine the very beginning of January 2025- to date I have not had them, SOPHIE keeps sending a link to follow which shows that they were disposed of 21/01-2025. This has been sent to them along with lots of emails!! Again, follow the link, they’re on their way- 2 months now- NO SHOES! No complaints dept, absolutely diabolical —- after this review, eventually after numerous emails, shoes re-ordered by them and have just received! This would’ve all been avoided if they had just done that in the first place
Good support and comfortable shoes
I got a pair of their shoes for christmas. When I got them they where one size too small for me so I sent an email to customer support. Got in contact with
”Sophie” who helped me out immediately and sent me a new pair.
The new shoes recently arrived in the right size and in good condition. Also really comfortable shoes.
It did take quite long time and I had to pay for the shipping of the new pair, but for the cheap price of the shoes I don’t mind that at all.

Can't be trusted
I ordered a pair of Gronada barefoot shoes, and though I wasn't sure, they had "risk free" guarantee. When they arrived they were too tight in my size, and hopelessly thin with no support. I asked for a refund under the no risk guarantee, but was refused. I've got an email from "Charles" saying I would need to pay to post to China at my cost before they would consider a refund. It's a rip off, don't buy.

Cannot return, too small
Boots were too small, even though I have bought from them before. They tried to offer very small percentages back and leave me with boots that don't fit me. After many emails offering me a pathetic amount, they finally gave me an address to return them to. The address was very odd. The post office didn't want to send it, without a postcode. I sent it anyway. Cost me alot. Months later the parcel was returned to me from China, so the address was bogus. They won't reply to me.

It really is a difficult brand to purchase shoes from, I have emailed 9x and Sophie from customer services responds with the same automated useless response saying thanks for concern, it takes such and such days and we can not do anything when all I have asked for is tracking details and if they could convery a message to the courier service to drop it to my neighbours thats all. after seeing these bad reviews I have just realised this brand is not as good and genuine as the advertisements. Be carefull people always check reviews via trust pilot before spending money on fake brands.

Grönanda Refuses to Follow EU Consumer Law
I received the Peak Barefoot Train Running Shoes (Order #36104), and the product is completely misrepresented. The sizing is wrong, and the measurements on the website do not match the actual product. This is false advertising and a violation of consumer protection laws.
I am entitled to a full refund under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), including return shipping costs, since the item does not match the description. Instead of fulfilling my legal rights, Grönanda has offered me a 35% discount—an insult and a clear attempt to avoid their responsibilities.
Your company is deliberately avoiding its legal obligations and trying to shift the burden of your mistake onto the consumer. This is not only unethical but illegal.
If I do not receive a full refund, including return shipping costs, and a prepaid return label within 7 days, I will report Grönanda to the European Consumer Centre (ECC), the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and other relevant authorities for actively refusing to comply with EU consumer laws. I will also share my experience publicly on multiple review sites to ensure other consumers are aware of your unlawful practices.
Tallan mal y no ofrecen cambio de zapatos
Compré 2 pares de zapatos usando una de las numerosas ofertas que tienen (ofertas no les faltan) que estaban 2 tallas mas pequeñas de lo que es la talla europea. Obviamente, si compro unas zapatillas barefoot es para que mi pie tenga espacio, no para que los dedos choquen con la parte frontal del zapato. Primero, me ofrecieron cambiarlas pagando yo los costes de transporte. Finalmente, no me dijeron el coste y me dijeron que me las quedara y me hacían un 35% de descuento sobre una nueva compra. Basicamente, me he quedado con 2 pares de zapatos que no sirven y que no puedo usar... Mejor comprar en tiendas que ofrezcan cambio gratuito y lo cumplan. O malgasta tu dinero.

Do not buy from this company. The shoes are expensive,comfortable but flimsy and will not last long.
However just before Christmas they advertised buy one pair get one pair free so I gave them a go. Only ever received one pair and have been given the run around ever since. No joy after 10 emails. Have now given up. I can not stress enough,don’t waste your money.
