Edit: in response to the reply from Groomi… I understand that and have experience in both a groomers, and a pet shop. However, on TikTok in particular, this is being targeted to anyone and everyone, and there are many people who do not know how to use a deshedding tool correctly. Tools like this and other popular brands, are not recommended on non-shedding dogs, especially short haired dogs, as can cause skin irritation. The way in which you are advertising the product needs altering. You are currently targeting it for all fur types. Anything that leaves scratches on your skin without having to apply pressure, is not great, and there are many videos going around where you can see the pressure some people are applying when using with this tool!

Bought this after seeing all the hype on TikTok. We have a Frenchie and he really dislikes me using this on him. It’s a comb with sharp serrated edges - tested on my arm and it left behind scratches that stung. This in time will irritate the dogs skin, and cause dandruff and more shedding. Considering the price, it feels cheap and of low quality.

The best brush I have ever used!!! So so shocked at what came off my English bulldog and I’ve noticed a difference with shedding about the house. 100% recommend

Amazing! Literally gave my dog 3 strokes with the groomi and it brought an absolute ball of fluff off him! Love it!

We used the brush straight away and it was brilliant I was amazed at how much hair came out when I brushed her and my dog didn't flinch which indicates how good it is thank you

My dog absolutely loves being comb now he literally falls asleep as I’m brushing him. My cat hates being comb but absolutely loves being combed now with the Groomi. The shape of the comb is really comfy to hold, doesn’t slip out your hand easily. Delivery was extra fast also. Great product I highly recommend.

Didn’t work at all on my frenchie really disappointed

Excellent product, I have a labrador and he seems to shed all the time. Seen the groomi advertised so had to give it a go, would recommend this to any animal owner.

The Groomi advert kept popping up on my FB page and like most ads you think, does it really work? I took a chance and have been very impressed. My dog usually hates being bruched but she will lie down quite happily whilst I get to work with the groomi. For a dog that's not supposed to moult much there was a hell of lot of hair! I'm a dog boarder so the dogs in my care have enjoyed a brush too. I've been so impressed I've purchased another for family

My dog shed so much more when using this, I had to sweep the house 10x more bc there was constantly hair everywhere. Since stopping using this and moving to the zoom groom and a normal comb he sheds much less and his coat is in a much better condition. I’d be careful with this brush

My long haired boy suffers with fur balls. He HATES being groomed (I think it’s more of a power struggle than anything else). But with this I don’t have to spend nearly as long getting out a lot of fur that would potentially block up his digestive tract.

If you’re unsure. Buy it. I can’t emphasis that enough.

Just received my Groomi tool today. Love the box it comes in, the packaging is brilliant. The tool is the best I have ever used with my dog. The amount of hair that has come off him using this tool is brilliant. Fast and easy to use and my dog loves it! Highly recommend any dog owner to invest in one of these!

I have a miniature dachshund and hardly any hair came off here with this device. I would not recommend this.

I have a long haired cat who sheds constantly. This brush really does what it’s advertised to do. It’s taken off so much dead hair and I can tell Lynx is happy with the results as he’s a lot more active now the weight is off him!
