They are scammers. All of these reviews which they are having are fake. I will report every single one to the trustpilot and they are real scammers, first they were running festinger vault and scammed a lot of people from BHW now they just changed the name with the same scammers mindset. But mark my words, I will report every single review which you are having the trustpilot team.

My experience with this company has been appalling.

I purchased two lifetime licenses when they were still operating as Festinger Vault. They now operate as GrootMade, but in my experience the business remains completely untrustworthy.

After all the issues, I was told that restoring my license would be a “gesture of goodwill.” At the same time, I was asked to leave a Trustpilot review first and then report back once it was done so that my access could be restored. That is not goodwill, and it completely destroys any confidence in the credibility of the positive reviews on this profile.

I paid, I supported them financially, and in return I got pressure, excuses, and conduct that I consider dishonest and manipulative.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to stay away.

Having the ability to test out specific plugins before committing to a license is the most economical way to build out a project. I've been relying on Groot for this very reason for a few years now and I appreciate the variety of products, the fact that they're updated on a regular basis, and that there's never been a safety issue. I've used other similar platforms but none have been as reliable as Groot.

I also like that there's a built-in community and customer support (no emails). I've only submitted a couple of minor questions and they've always been sorted out in a decently short time. Highly recommend this platform!

Scammers from the Netherlands. Beware! Lifetime licenses are only transferred after the takeover of Festingervault, and then deleted again. They offer a cheap subscription, meaning you're supposed to pay twice for the same service. Martin and Thommy are real businessmen who simply want to rip people off. The worst part is that the website often doesn't work and the plugins are outdated. They even crash websites – definitely not recommended!

Deplorable! Vestingerfault rebranded as Grootmade after a lawsuit against Automatic. They claimed to be transferring all licenses, but after only a short time, their lifetime licenses were no longer recognized. They are now trying to sell new licenses. This is an absolute scam and a rip-off of the worst kind. Please do not pay for any subscriptions or anything else with them. The platform is also frequently unavailable and malfunctioning. Beware!

Edit: Tommy from Grootmade attempts to reactivate the lifetime license after receiving negative reviews. But beware – it won't be granted, it's just a trick!

This review was provided upon request by Grootmade to leave a positive review in exchange to restore my lifetime membership. I do suspect that other lifetime members have been put into the same position to provide 5Star reviews. FestingerVault use to be a 'community support' site and Martin was supported by finacial donation to keep the site going in difficult times, now one must asked if GrootMade is even barely etical.

Great value and really helps a lot in my business

Contacting them to activate licence and to get it activated they ask for a Trustpilot review to be left before activating your account! Surely this goes against trustpilots TOS? Likely where all the other positive reviews came from

GrootMade is an amazing solution for any wordpress user, whether you're a power user running multi-site or someone who just started and is eager to experiment with themes and plugins. For the cost, you can't beat it.

Don't trust the positive reviews (they are manipulated and mandatory reviews they ask for to use the service); the files are outdated, and many contain viruses. Refrain from using them.

They have become scammers; they used to be called Festingervault, but since they constantly failed their clients, they now call themselves GrootMade. If you buy services from this site, be aware that they will scam you.

They ask you to leave positive reviews so they can release your license.

I bought a lifetime license under the old name 'Festingervault,' and now they say they will only release the license if I leave a positive review here, which I will not do.

They said it's a "goodwill" to release the license to me, even though I bought the lifetime license to avoid this kind of thing. I was only able to use it for a few months before the previous GrootMade started having constant glitches, outdated features, a lack of response, plugin problems, viruses... And no, it's not from a competitor, as they're saying in the negative reviews; it's GrootMade itself, formerly known as Festingervault.

They tell you to contact them if you have a problem, but GrootMade support doesn't respond, so no, it's not a reliable company as they're portraying themselves to be. Don't trust the files they're providing.

Good website, nice plugins/themes and the OpenSource project is amazing and following the original core values of WP.

Been with the festingervault.com before and was impressed but this one runs a lot smoother and offers more than before. I am glad this is back and hoping it stays back :)

I’ve been part of festingervault for a while now, as both a Lifetime member and a Lifetime VIP, and my experience has been consistently nice. There were some issues under the migration, but now moving to grootmade will make things easier.

The main value for me comes from their plugin selection. The tools I’ve picked up have been stable and easy to work with, which isn’t always the case with platforms like this.

One area that could improve is the speed of updates. As the platform grows, quicker releases would make a noticeable difference. Still, considering the overall reliability and quality, it remains a go-to place for plugins I can actually trust.
