I have reached out several times now purchasing a 100k promo on the 9th of february its now the 16th with no confirmation or promotion started ? also no email goes to support@groovehubagency as if it does not exisit anymore, the name of the person that took the money from the account was 'MARQTERS' not sure if anyones had this issue but i am getting no help anywhere on fiver or through the site can anyone help out ?

Scam. Had my album promoted and then taken down by Spotify. This is extremely unfortunate as we had placements on some real playlists before Groove Hub Agency put it up on their bot lists. We fell for "curated playlists" but the streaming data shows bot spikes. Absolutely not recommended.

Bastards stole my money and disappeared. Straight bastards. Started off well I was getting 500 to a 1000 streams a day then I payed them for another aneverything went away to 0. Then I looked more into the okylist which were only 10 to 15 songs which obviously bots. Then the playlists disappeared. Never would respond. It’s funny these fake reviews on here say phone calls? They have a phone????? Bastardized stole my money and went ghost

I used GrooveHub Agency to promote one of my singles on Spotify and the experience was actually solid. They didn’t promise anything crazy, but they explained clearly how they would promote the track.

During the campaign, I noticed a steady increase in streams and monthly listeners, and the stats in Spotify for Artists looked organic – different countries, normal save rate, and people actually listening more than a few seconds. It didn’t look like fake/botted traffic at all.

Only bot playlists. They show you 3 bot free playlists and after a few days if you check the playlist, it's botted. You receive a lot of streams every day at the same time, then nothing anymore over the whole day.
Spotify deleted all generated streams of this playlists. If you contact the Groovehub Agency, then they offer you 3 new playlists. But with the same result. If you ask them to remove your track from this lists, they tell you they did, but the track is still in the lists. And you have to pay a penalty of 10 Dollar per song which is in a botted playlist to Spotify.
They have a lot of positiv reviews? This is because they ask you to review them, in an early state, when it's not obvious yet that you got placed in a bot playlist. Later on you can't change your review anymore.

They use bot streams. Album got deleted from Spotify. Contacted them multiple times to remove song from fake playlist. They say they tried to contact the curator and Spotify but after several months song is still on playlist and is getting fake streams from time to time. Now I'm paying my distributor for all the fake streams and I'm basically waiting to be removed from Spotify again.

All of the playlist i was added was fake streams , botted playlists , i checked on various bot checker sites , all botted playlists , even spotify support told me its artificial streams i have it on my artist stats , thanks for putting my profile and my music to danger , and hope you enjoy scamming people you rats , enjoy the money then enjoy the hell thats were you are going

This marks my third order with them. I feel like it gets better over time and the first one didn't make that much of a difference compared to my last order but I am happy regardless.

They helped me to get in 2 pretty big playlists. I don't think I would have able to get there by myself... This is definitely a great service if you need some wind in your wings.

It's basically a fast-track to success. some might say it's pay-to-play but I don't care as long they get my songs features... AND THEY DO!

They are a very deceptive and crafty , they have a mixture of botted and non botted playlists this way they stay in the grey zone but I known at least 5 artists whose music have been removed from Spotify after using their services.the fact that they only have a 2 star rating on Fiverr despite years on being on the platform should be a huge red flag Run a simple bot check on their playlists and you’ll see for yourself, these guys are scammers and the ones giving them rave reviews are either plants or naive , artists that they prey on

This service was identified by my distributor LANDR as a known bot artificial streaming service and all added playlists were confirmed by artist.tools, a Spotify bot checker, as bot playlists. This "organic" playlist service violates Spotify use policy with their practices. I contacted the company and requested to be removed from the added playlists, but was not accommodated. Not until the Spotify review was completed, after they confirmed artificial streams of the playlists, that finally the playlists themselves were taken down. So, three separate companies all identified Groove Hub Agency added playlists had artificial streaming across all 12 playlists.

In the meantime I had to pause my song on Spotify, which was just released. That process took about a month. However, if you don't act fast enough, your song can be blacklisted, and you can be dropped from your distributor, and you get no payout for those streams.

I used groovehub agency for sometime with seemingly good results however this was naive on my part as the playlists turn out to be artificial. I used them exclusively for promotion of one of my tracks which resulted in a warning from Spotify and my distributor taking the release down making me feel like a crook. I spent a lot of time effort and money creating and promoting my music, as any artist will testify is tough, only to have all that work ruined by unscrupulous fake playlists.
My advise to everyone- always check a playlist with artisttools.com do not put your hard work in jeopardy.

I've got tons of new fans, all organically and my expectations were high and they didn't let me down either!
