Don’t bother!
Firstly, making contact with them initially to make an appointment was a bit of a struggle then I got a text and started conversing with a woman named Norah, who then ghosted me so I called back a week later and she said she never got a response from me. Hmm that’s pretty weird that suddenly the texts stopped working?? But we moved on and made an appointment. She promised me the guy would not be here before 3:30 due to my work He shows up at 3:07 and I was still at work so I raced home and I said I’m really not happy that it wasn’t noted that I needed you to not arrive here before 3:30 and he went off on me saying I am attacking his people and said I don’t need this and I said fine then go! And his comments certainly didn’t get better from him after that. My husband came out of his office and shouted after him for being so rude to me. My husband never shouts so that’s how bad it was.
