Very unreliable service. I was advised my script would be updated but it never happened and they now claim I didn’t even contact them (it’s there in my phone records). I need assistance with a script and have been trying to get help for days and it is not possible for them to get in touch with their doctors or help.
They bulk bill which is good but not worth how unreliable they are.

I was lied and tricked into things Grove want to help but the only thing they care about is profit, poor service and too expensive

One of the worst I unfortunately am finding out.
Everything about Gove health is wrong, no communication, no scripts, deaf ears.
Wish I would have read this site first before I went to grove.

They were helping me with change of provider told me over a week wait between nurse to doctor appointment and recommended that I need a discharge letter from current provider. They never called me on schedule day , I called them they told me they called the day before. I had no missed calls or emails. They were pushy to try make me rebook in another week and a half and didn’t listen to me when I asked for proof of contact and a copy off the current call. They lied saying I was not eligible for medical cannabis when I have been prescribed since becoming illegal nearly 10 years ago. I asked for escalation and a supervisor, I was told that I would be contacted that day regarding the matter & still waiting for the call days later ……. Moral off the story they lie, they gas light you, they treat you with little respect, they can’t adhere to a schedule and I am thankful that this all happened before I joined them. Please don’t give this horrible company and it’s terrible staff an opportunity to do this to you, go with any provider instead.

Won’t even give me my script, withholding it for a $49 bounty

The doctor also ; prescribed me ineffective “non broad spectrum oil” . Despite my mention of past successful (NERVE PAIN RELIEF) !! By “brand name. TAS botanics,:/ which that cheating chemist had. ( that they wouldn’t be ABLE TO STEAL !!! From the Patents . !!!!

Charge $30 to $50 more on your medicine than a Chemist. My gummies were $130 with them $90 from a normal chemist.

Charge $50 to transfer your script to another provider

Doctors try to force you to buy their "Preffered" Strain

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE GREEDY
