Good Products & Good Value…
I have used Grove Shop many times and always found them prompt, good value for money and good products at economical prices. I found that I had problems this time ordering from the online shop as the PayPal button didn't seem to be appearing on my laptops or on my phone. Tried paying direct with my card and couldn't input the long number from the card either. Different operating systems and different anti-virus on all. However, Grove Shop Customer Service were excellent in trying to solve the problem for me and ended up by finding my order and sending me a PayPal invoice. The goods arrived the following day. I have since ordered other items online from other outlets and had no issues paying with Paypal. Hopefully the issue will be identified and resolved.

Packaging could be better. Aerosols in a thin walled box do not ship well - with lids off and spray heads off.
Other than that I love dealing with these guys.

Very helpful advice
The product ordered was on backorder so alternatives were suggested. The sales executive checked out concerns I had that they might not do the same job with the manufacturer with the result I ordered an alternative with which I'm very happy.
