I purchased a 3 carat Pearl Halo White Gold Ring based on what their website details. First issue was that the delivery date was extremely late from their original quote, which I understood as things happen in transit. However, once the ring arrived, the main diamond looked nothing like the preview picture they sent me prior to delivery. In the pictures they sent me, the diamond was brilliant and clear. The ring I received is far from that. The diamond is covered in a cloudy film internally which can't been cleaned, with only a small fraction showing any kind of clarity or brilliance. It's 100% not the ring I was shown in the preview. To make matters worse, their customer support department is non-existent now that the ring has been delivered. And yes, I contacted them within their 7 day period but once they confirmed the ring was delivered they ghosted me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This is a very unethical company that will take your money and not bother trying to make things right. All I wanted was to get someone to respond to me which they never did. I emailed them over 10x as they do not provide a phone number, only an email address.

I received a ring three weeks ago and tried it on immediately. It was very pretty and it looked exactly like I thought it would.

However, within less than a minute, I realized that there were stones going too far around the sides of the ring that jabbed into and cut both my middle finger and pinky finger. I am definitely unable to wear it at all.

Their return policy states that customers have 7 days from the date of receiving an item to set up a return. I immediately wrote an email requesting a return for the ring on the same day I received it. I was then sent a reply asking for a video or picture of the issue. I sent a short video within 24 hrs.

Since then, there has been complete silence on their end. I have written several follow up emails over the past three weeks with no response. Nothing at all.

If I was able to wear the ring I would have given them 5 stars and that would be that. If I was unable to wear the ring and they handled the return in a timely matter, I still would have given them 5 stars. But this horrible customer service experience has earned them a 1 star rating.

I took a chance with ordering from this new brand but for the price it was worth the risk. The ring I ordered was well made and I have no complaints. If you want a budget friendly but solid quality brand this one is perfect.

I contacted Noah from customer care and he, and the team immediately resolved it, no hassle, no delays. The missing ring was shipped fast and completed the set perfectly.

We can’t recommend Grown Leo enough. From product quality to professionalism and fast, clear communication, they’ve exceeded every expectation.

It's a very beautiful ring. I'm just wondering why the waybill said "artificial ring" rather that moissanite ring? How do I know that this is moissanite?

Awful costumer service, please buy from somewhere else. Waited 1 month plus for a ring when they said I was gonna be there in 1 week.
