Liz has successfully delivered two staff twilight sessions and a whole school assembly for us so far. Her mindset training was not only engaging but also deeply insightful, capturing the attention of all participants throughout. Liz’s genuine passion for her work shines through in every aspect of her delivery, making the sessions both impactful and memorable. Communication with her has been consistently excellent, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process. Additionally, the training materials she provided feature clear and effective visuals that greatly enhance discussions about the two different mindsets with both pupils and staff.

Great interaction throughout, grow your mindset is such a positive, educating and interesting day.

Content of the sessions over time. Great content to understand mindset and how to move from fixed to growth. Has helped to begin my journey on slowly moving towards growth thinking and having a more positive influence on others too.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a mindset awareness course hosted by Grow Your Mindest that was eye-opening for me.

Liz was very knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate, creating a welcoming and interactive learning environment.

The short course has encouraged me to self-reflect and make a conscious shift in how I perceive challenges and setbacks, leaving me wanting to learn more about mindset and Carol Dweck herself.

I would highly recommend Grow Your Mindset courses to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of the power of mindset which in turn can unlock our full potential.

Definitely worth the time. Should be mandatory for anyone in a senior leadership role, especially if they have concerns over staff morale, as they are bound to find the reasons for this, and more importantly the solution.

We recently had a training day with Gemma. She was inspiring and motivational throughout. School staff have commented since that this was the best training they have had FOR THEM rather than for the children, although many have said that the training is also helping them in the classroom/their school roles. Cannot recommend Grow Your Mindset enough and we will be holding another staff training day with the team soon!

We initially started sessions with Liz from Grow your mindset for our son but have found that we have all benefitted as a family from the sessions. We have seen a massive change in our son’s behaviour and outlook on things and life has certainly got easier since starting the sessions.
The sessions are so creative and engaging and framed in a way that is fun.
Couldn’t recommend more!

What a great session on mindset. Liz, you made me think and reflect on what I tell myself, what I do and say at work and also how I parent. Your session is so applicable to everyone and every organisation. I hope we can run many more sessions in my organisation.

A fantastic Growth Mindset delivered by Gemma. Enjoyed every session as a teaching assistant will be sure to always refer back to the session in every part of learning. I enjoyed the learning about the brain and how our brain works when we have a fixed and Growth mindset. Lots of fun activities with the children. 100% reccommend!

I attended a Grow your mindset session online with Liz as part of Work.
The session was so relaxed and there were plenty of opportunities for us to get involved making the session very interesting and active.
Liz shared many personal experiences which helped me to understand on reflect on how I can change my mindset and be more positive even in the worst situations.

Liz from Grow Your Mindset hosted a recent commercial conference for my organisation, the session was amazing, she was really engaging with the group.

Attended a Grow Your Mindset course yesterday and have to say it was thoroughly enjoyable and very informative.

I took a lot away from the session and learnt quite a bit about how a fixed mindset and growth mindset work in different ways.

It was a very relaxed environment and it was lovely to meet a really nice mix of people from different backgrounds.

Contacting Grow your Mindset via a Google search was quite a risk - but after some conversations over the phone I quickly felt super confident that Gemma was more than capable to deliver 2 days of workshops and a parent presentation about Growth Mindset. The sessions were engaging and powerful, each bespoke to the different age groups of our school: nursery to KS3. Gemma’s parent presentation was pitched perfectly with a mix of experience and evidence. She connected with the parents and conversations have been instigated between all stakeholders since. I cannot recommend this company more highly for an informative, but also practical, introduction to Growth Mindset. We will definitely be having them back to continue to develop our learning. It has it made such a difference to how we talk to the pupils and how they respond too!

Liz has been brilliant at engaging my daughter who in the past has been highly sceptical of such methods. We have noticed definitive improvement in her approach to challenges. Liz has been extremely supportive and helpful - responding to my emails promptly with valuable tips and guidance. We highly recommend Grow Your Mindset to anyone of any age.

Liz and Gemma from Grow Your Mindset came to work with our 2 form entry primary school from Reception to Year 6. The feedback from teachers was all incredibly positive and the children were engaged and left the assembly and workshops with a noticeable shift in attitude. I am someone who has worked on my own mindset for over 20 years and am always looking to better myself with books and training etc. I attended the Introduction to Growth Mindset training with an open mind but not expecting very much that was new to me. I was wrong the training was excellent. I am definitely more aware and educated as a result of the training. I feel everyone would benefit from this training for personal or business reasons. The course materials and Gemma’s delivery and knowledge was first class. I would definitely recommend Grow Your Mindset.
