Just start my first payment and already got a settlement reduced by 50 percent

That they do all they can to gey your debts for resolve

Employees knowing their job and being polite.

Only complaint is it takes a while to get results. I even added extra money and still took about 3 mo before 1st call.

My experience was great because my debt was reduced substantially. However , my credit suffered tremendously because it took a long time before the settlements came in. I would like to see GRT pay one credit account at a time completely so that it shows up paid in full on my credit report.

GRT is helping me get back on track with my credit cards and back medical bills. Call a number and a real person answers. That along with their personal, professional and friendly attitude goes a long way. Highly recommend GRTs service's to anyone needing financial help

⭐ **1 star — Unauthorized withdrawals, no progress, and no accountability**

My experience with GRT was extremely disappointing. They withdrew payments twice after I had rescheduled them, overdrawing my bank account and causing overdraft fees. Despite my requests, they would not reimburse the unauthorized withdrawals or the resulting fees.

After six months, I saw no meaningful progress on my account and ultimately canceled the program. I was repeatedly told they had power of attorney on file with my creditors, yet when I contacted those creditors, they said GRT had never contacted them.

Attempts to resolve these issues were met with incorrect information, a lack of urgency from supervisors, and no accountability. A program that was supposed to help me financially instead created additional financial stress.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend GRT. I was able to negotiate better settlement arrangements directly with creditors, and JG Wentworth helped me with the more difficult ones. I wish I had pursued those options before spending six months with GRT.

So far everything has been positive

I joined the debt relief program in July 2025. In the beginning, everyone was great. My sign up process was easy and I was very impressed with my Financial Advisor, Antonio. I was told that it would take about 3-6 months before settlements would take place. One of my accounts was settled quickly, which I liked, but the other 3 ended up being charged off and going to collections which is what I didn't want to happen. They quote you an amount to pay, but you'll need to pay more in order to cover their fees.
I decided to withdraw from the program and was told that I would still be responsible for the settlement fee of the one account that was negotiated. That fee is astronomical and as a result I wasn't saving money at all. I don't think this program is worth the time and money.

Lack of communication. Your litigator does not actively negotiate. They would prefer to wait until court dates. Even though me as a client would not like to wait. Until the court date. I lost two settlements because g r t did not notify me that I was not making big enough payments to maintain our settlement payments. They tried to blame me and say it was my fault. For reducing the monthly payment. All I did was remove some credit cards from the program. Which in turn reduced the monthly payment. My payments are based off with g. R. T's calculations, and they clearly calculate it incorrectly, which caused the escrow account to not have enough money to maintain the settlement payments, resulting in me losing the two settlements! I regret working with this company. Also, during the court cases I got more done. After no longer being represented by grt. I was able to get the settlements that my litigator was unable to get. Again? I am very unhappy and very unpleased with how my account's been handled. I regret working with this company
