some of the people are so helpful and some not so like the guy who called yesterday was very short and not very pleasant to talk to and others are the total opposite seems to be taking long time and they are actually making more money then the creditors

This company does not do what it portrays.
This company does not do what it promises. Told me they would work with my creditors to get me out of credit card debt. I've been with them almost a year and they've only settled 3 of my 12 cards! My credit score has dropped over 200 points. They finally just (September) settled another account THEN tell me that once this account is settled, they'll move onto another credit card! Why are they not doing this simultaneously?? They are also charging additional 'service' fees on top of the monthly service charge they disclosed. They have zero problem taking my payment every month even without an active settlement to apply it to but they're not trying to settle more than 1 at a time? I will never use them again!

This is a fine service if you never want to talk to anyone. I have been a client for about 4 years and while they did negotiate some payments for me, I was still sued several times. Now I am trying to exit and I can't get anyone to reply to me.
