Excellent company that thrives on giving quality items , good service and very easy to order plus good communication, products have carefully chosen safe ingredients that excel, super value all round.

The company is really a good pioneer and example of how it's possible to have sustainable products. All their products are made using good quality ingredients. Even their packaging are recyclable. Definitely a good investment.

Amazing products love the facial moisturiser after a day out walking or near the beach really does what it says put it on before bed a wake up to lovely soft skin, the shampoo and conditioners are fantastic leaving hair so shiny and soft , but the best for me is the hand balm and wow it smells absolutely gorgeous amazing and I have to hide it I bought 5 bars everyone pinches it they comment on the smell try it and it’s gone usually in their handbags and taken home but if you want to try this amazing product it’s travesty intensive hydrating balm and the scent is Lavender & Rose Geranium and shhh it’s on offer don’t walk run get it while you can , please buy extra as this has got to be my most pinched item Amazing product

This is a great company who offers great products and they are great handy travel sizes as well - I love the products and they offer special bundles and lot of offers through the year - it is good to support an independant company - they are all natural products - no nasty additives as well .

Gr8 products from Grum..fantastic that they are all plastic free..no horrible bottles to fill up ur reclying bin..even better..shampoo & body soaps lovely lather..n smell beautiful to..never buy anything in plastic again..

I absolutely love all of gru’ums products.the wax melts smell amazing. Good bit of advice is to half the melts so they last much much longer but still have the same amazing smell. I would definitely recommend these to friends and family and will be buying from them again in the future.

Fast delivery service, small items packed so handy for holidays too. Face moisture is lovely, beware you only need a little so lasts for ages and absorbs in the skin so smoothly.

I received an email offering a free gift with any order so I made an order but forgot to click on the free gift.
I contacted gruum who added the free gift to my order very quickly.

I ordered from Grüum for the first time with a promotion deal from my bank. All I had to pay for was the postage. My order arrived quickly but unfortunately one of the products had leaked in the box. I emailed Grüum and got a lovely response the following day. I was sent out a replacement but unfortunately the same thing happened. I emailed again, just to forward my feedback (so that it wouldn't happen to others). Again, I received a lovely email and was told to pick a product to the value of £5. I've had a reaction around my eyes and they were extremely sensitive so I thought I'd ask for a moisturiser. Today I received the Grüum Gentle Moisturiser. It's absolutely amazing. All other creams I've tried have stung and burnt my skin but this is cool and soothing.
I can't thank Grüum customer services enough, best I've experienced in a very long time.

Love Gruum products especially the advent calendars at Christmas,I normally buy a couple and just open them on christmas day find they last month's,also their customer service is second to none,any problems I have had and only had two ,one was a damaged product which was replaced right away and another was regarding wrong postal address which again was sorted out by a quick email,highly recommend all their products I have tried,face washes,face oils,Bath products,the wonki soap bars are great ,shaving creams hand creams,really can't fault any of them,and the little freebies you get now and then is a nice touch just have to pay postage.
