GTH ilminster have done a great job for the second time for us selling first out house at well over the asking price and then my mother’s. Both sales were quick despite market conditions and the advice given to us on asking price and the subsequent tender were spot on and conducted with fairness and courtesy to all parties. A long, difficult process only brought to a successful conclusion because of the hard work of Lauren in the Yeovil office.

Langport office marketed our home - and sold us our new one! We were pleased they seemed to know their properties and their clients. They suggested properties to us that were potentially coming to the market, and we know they did the same with our house, following up potential purchasers who had viewed similar properties. Our eventual buyers weren't the easiest to deal with and nor were either party's solicitors, but with good communication and timely interventions, we got there in the end. Thanks Chris and Cher.

From the very start of our journey of moving from Oxfordshire, Callum helped accommodate viewings of our new home around the dates that we could travel down which was so helpful for us. Once we had an offer agreed which Gail handled perfectly in securing the house, Billy introduced himself to us as our sales progression manager and honestly he was an absolute godsend!! He communicated with us regularly and chased things when we needed him to! On the day of our move we did have some issues due to solicitors errors but he was on it and did not let up until we had our keys. I did go into the office a few times on completion day as I was a nervous wreck with my son and cat in the car but Isla had a lovely chat with me and was a pleasure to spend time with. All in all buying a house is stressful but they all made it a much better experience 😊
