I had 3 links to remove
Terrible! I had 3 links to remove. I am getting 5 to 6 calls per day from fraudulent/telemarketers all stating they received my number from 411 reverse lookup. Its been almost 3 months and 1 link has been deleted and removed, 1 another link would not be removed as I was told so he just delinked it on google. The main one which I wanted to remove which I mentioned several times 411 reverse lookup (411reverselookup) that link is still up and functioning and no one has got back to me regarding this link. No up date on the status nor telling me if the work is complete. If I knew this couldn't be done I would have hired someone else from another company. I have been very patient but its almost December how long does it take? 3 months? I thought I hired professionals to remove the links that I cannot remove on my own. I wish you guys would have gone above and beyond. My information should not be up without my permission! The work which I hired this company to do was not completed!

Hi Sonia, we understand the frustration of dealing with telemarketers and having your personal information online. To be clear though, our company has absolutely nothing to do with whatever fraudulent calls you may be receiving. We are happy that we were able to remove 2 of the 3 links you came to us with, and you only paid for what we successfully removed. We see that you canceled services before we completed our efforts on that final link. Sometimes, some removals do take longer than others, but that doesn't mean they won't be removed. As per our guarantee, you only pay for results. So if you would wish for us to continue our efforts, there really is no risk to you. Please give us a call if you'd like to discuss further at 1-866-689-2261.
Great service
Great Service. They got rid of the website I wanted to as they said. No BS like the other sites that charge you 3,000 dollars to saturate the search engine and create more social media profiles. They did what the others could not do. End of story.

I had 6 links that needed to be removed. They priced the removal so as to charged me 80% for 2 links (I now realize they clearly knew they could remove) and the other 20% for the remaining 4 links. After removing the 2 links for 80% of the package price, they told me the other 4 where not able to be removed. Super disappointed!! Additionally, it took them almost 6 months.

Hello,
We understand your frustration. However, the way in which we price links is determined by the difficulty and amount of resources needed to effectively remove each link. In your case, the 2 links that we removed were priced higher because they required additional resources compared to the others. Each case we work on is unique, and we don't always know what the outcome will be, which is why we offer a guarantee that you only pay for successful removals.

Hi David,
Our Reputation Management Agreements are clear that our clients only pay upon successful removal and we were thrilled that our attorneys were able to remove a negative news article for you in less than a week. As such we expect to be paid for the services that were rendered. We offer payment plans to clients who are unable to afford the entire removal fee at once and are glad to have been able to offer you an affordable payment plan to suit your needs. Frankly, we're quite confused about your negative review. Please feel free to contact us directly at 1-866-689-2261.
Very bad service

Thank you Yassir. We are so happy to hear of your positive experience with our company.
Contract was very deceiving…
Contract was very deceiving for “removals”. They consider it a “removal” to have a link removed from Googles search engine. The websites never delete the actual information, but if you search using Google it won’t appear. The problem with removing links only from Google (and they admit this) is that googles algorithm constantly will find new links similar to ones delete and bring them to the top. This creates a never ending supply of links for them to remove.
I also at one point asked them to use a different card for a one time payment. They agreed, and then still charged my old card. So I told them to use the card I had just given them next time, so they ran that one again as well, charging me 3x in 1 month.

Hello, we are sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the results of your Reputation Management Agreement. However, we are glad that we were able to have the negative content, that was impacting you, removed from Search Results (de-indexed). We are able, in most cases, to remove content from the source, however Google de indexation does offer a viable alternative. Given the prominence of Google in the search engine landscape, de-indexation can be a preferred outcome for many of our clients to avoid the potential negative effects of communicating with the site that published the negative content in question. Again, we are sorry that your experience did not live up to expectations. If there is anything further we can help you with, we would be happy to do so, please give us a call at 1-866-689-2261.
A±+++++ Very helpful.

I feel that I had mixed results
I feel that I had mixed results. The process took a lot of time, but Guaranteed Removals did what they said they would do. Unfortunately, once the sites were de-listed other sites began to appear. It became a whack-a-mole situation where you can never clean up all offensive sites.

Wasn’t worth it for me, could be for some…
I feel like it could be a good service for some. Unfortunately for me, it felt like wasted money. Most of the links I needed taken down still remain. The content that was created for me was good but it isn’t highly ranked in searches, so the problematic pages are always the first to show up.
Im sure some will find it worth the money, but it just wasn’t for me.

Should be called almost successful
They were only successful in removing a couple negative items. Not successful at removing the most important one. So there is no guarantee when using them. I was disappointed
