Takes all the hassle out of EV charging for guests
Before using GuestCharge, we just offered EV charging free to guests because there wasn’t a simple way of charging for it without awkward conversations or chasing payments afterwards.
Since installing it, it’s been completely hassle-free. Guests scan the QR code, pay themselves, and the money just arrives in my bank account a day or so later. I’ve had several charging sessions now and every payment has come through exactly as expected.
The app is easy to use and lets me see each charging session, how much electricity was used and what the guest paid. I also suggested having different day and night charging rates and, to my surprise, that feature appeared a few days later. It’s nice to see a company that actually listens to feedback.
Overall, it’s just taken away one more thing to think about when hosting. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, and I’ve been really pleased with it.

Thanks Tom, really glad it's doing its job - and thank you for the day and night rates suggestion. It was a great idea, so we built it. Ideas from hosts actually using the platform are what shape it. Enjoy having one less thing to think about.
