Switched to GuestHug after outgrowing spreadsheets and juggling three separate apps for our 4 short-let properties. Being mobile-first makes a real difference — I can adjust pricing, check the calendar, and message guests straight from my phone between meetings instead of waiting to get to a laptop.

The channel manager keeps Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo in sync automatically, so double-bookings are a thing of the past. Guests love the digital guestbook — check-in instructions, wifi details, and local recommendations all in one place — which has cut down on the constant “how do I…” messages. We’ve also started using the upsell features for things like early check-in and local experiences, and it’s a nice bit of extra revenue that we keep in full.

Support has been quick to respond whenever we’ve had setup questions, and the desktop portal is handy for the more detailed admin work.

Would recommend to any host or small property manager looking to professionalize their operation without a steep learning curve.

I have tried many different PMS systems and GuestHug seems to better designed than most and simple to use. It reduces the complexity around pricing controls across major OTAs. It has an integrated guest experience app too which can be used to upsell services and extra nights to guests directly which is a nice feature.

I can't connect to my property because they won't give me access. To give me access I have to talk to a specific person on video. I find this process very strange, it's not automatic. I don't speak English very well either. Everything is strange

For busy professional property managers, GuestHug is a powerful one-stop tool combining channel management and guest experience modules in an app format – it’s the only app focused PMS that I have come across and enables smooth access to global channels. Giving 4 stars as it doesn’t yet have a booking engine connection but I think this is currently under-development!

Using GuestHug has helped me bring a professional edge to my hosting. The automation of the check-in process with their geo-location feature means I get notified when guests arrive which is what I enjoy most about the app - overall it adds value for me.
