Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced. We have replied to your support ticket, but we want to address your concerns here as well.
The bot limit error you encountered was due to our Discord bot being new and undergoing Discord's official verification process, which places a temporary cap on the number of servers it can join. This process has been completed, and the bot is fully functional again.
Regarding the spam in our Discord server: unfortunately, public community servers are frequent targets for spam bots. We take user safety very seriously and have since updated our security by implementing stricter moderation and automated anti-spam filters to ensure these messages are caught and deleted immediately.
We appreciate your patience while we worked through these early growing pains. We would love for you to give us another try, and if you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
Best regards,
The Guildseek Team
