I love them and fast delivery and great product

Got the Azure Falcon and it came extremely well packaged with and immaculate box (I love the box art on these things. It was delivered very quickly and only slightly more expensive than cheaper marketplace style shops that usually take weeks to ship and arrive completely battered.

100% recommend and I will be using again.

Delivered on time and in good sealed condition.

Product arrived with appropriate haste and care for how costly shipping was. I very much appreciate my tiny Doms and Feddie suits.

Excellent. Such a carefully packaged model kit, even protecting the corners. Superb.

I ordered remaining stock of some fairly niche items that were shipped almost straight away. They were packaged really securely in bubble wrap and with corner protectors on each box. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is reasonable. Can't fault anything.

Very quick dispatch, it was my hubby's anniversary gift. He is verry happy with his present.

Customer service is great, communicate when I asked for updates. Prices were reasonable. Just wish they gave update orders a little more frequently when you order something off backorder.

Awesome shop. They always dispatch the next working day after you place an order. My orders have arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Prices are comparable to sites like AliExpress, not massively bumped up like Amazon and eBay.
This has to be the best site/shop for Japanese and Chinese model kits I’ve found in the U.K.

Ordered two Iron Man model kits - both came on time and had very minimal damage to the boxes. Overall the packing was done very well by Gunpla San :) The model kits were well protected and undamaged.

Gunpla San is by far one of my favourite stores for gunpla, been buying from here for over 1 year and the only issue I've had was my fault which was double ordering the same kit which after email customer support was sorted immediately, 100% recommended

The service I got was exceptional when I had troubles getting email of the receipt. Package was packed with care, and they even put corners protectors to nake sure it arrived safely. Would absolutely recommebd

I had to pay importation customs taxes, but it's not a problem of the seller.You have to consider that if you are an internetional buyer ;)

Great selection but all kits are at least 10-20% sometimes even more than other online stores. I really dont know why its apparently the number one UK stockist. I advise checking out Hobbyzone, Kidultverse or ilovegunpla for great range and fairer prices. Also their stock shows as available but half the time you click on it and it needs backordered. Will not be using them again.

The store reached out to me which I appreciate,but I recieved the strike freedom mgex as a gift from my partner. When checking what she paid as she had got it off your store it was at least £15-20 more than your competitors. All I can say is check your pricing against any of your competition and you will see 99% of the time you are higher by a decent margin.
In terms of the backorder situation I do appreciate how it works. But on Google you show as in stock 5 left , for example, then when you click you have no stock and its backorder and arrives in 2 months or whatever. Your stock choice is great just overpriced. Ps on a side note your current YouTube advert music is one of the worst things to happen to humanity, but thats no biggie jist price a bit lower and you would secure me as a customer.
