I placed an order, realized within 5 minutes that it wasn’t a left handed rifle I needed and tried to cancel order. Your employees said that’s not there policy to cancel an order, even though the order sat for over a week before it shipped. Now I’m going through it with my credit card company and dealer had to refuse delivery. Terrible policy you have. No one else has.

Packaging was above my expectations, fast shipping too.

After many months of back & forth questions, I ordered an HK P30 SK form Guns.com. Almost every question that I asked about, Guns.com referred me to the Manufacturer, including when I asked them the very simple question "is the Gun I want in stock? The written description and the spec's sections were very vague and omitted many features typically included in all gun advertisements.

I conducted THOROUGH research on the gun I wanted and made it very clear that I wanted the model with the Manual Safety & decocker!! The photograph of the gun I ordered CLEARLY depicted that it had the Manual Safety I wanted. When it arrived at my local dealer it DID NOT have a Manual Safety. I tried for several weeks to make contact with Guns.com via e-mail and phone before I finally got a live person on line.
After explaining my complaint I recieved the following statement: "You did recieve the correct firearm that you ordered. For new products many of our pictures are stock photos provided to us by the Manufacturer and do not necessarily represent the actual item being purchased. It's important to verify the Product by the title and description in the listing and not to rely on the photos alone. Manufactures do make subtle changes and don't always provide updated photos. We address this in our terms & conditions in section 2 e, which can be found here. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

NOTE: For what its worth, i have yet to find any reference to 2 e in their terms-and-conditions.

I did thoroughl review my order before placing it. And I DO NOT consider a Manual Safety to simply be a "subtle change". I DO NOT want a gun in my house with my Grandkids without a Manual Safety. But Guns.com apparently cares far more about their profit than their customers and Gun Safety, as they refused to replace my gun with one with a Manual Safety as was CLEARLY depicted in th advertisement. Coincidentally (??) this photo has suddenly been deleted.

It is pathetic that Guns.com chose to blame me and the Manufacturer rather than accept ANY responsibility themselves for placing the WRONG photograph in their advertisement. This was clearly a "Bait & Switch" scam.

HK is a Great manufacturer. But I would NEVER recomment Guns.com to anyone!!

Recently got a 1982 ruger m77 7mm rem mag from auction and a spandau s2 12g and had a great experience with both purchases. Will definitely do more business with guns.com

You offered me half of the value of a brand new gun

I wanted to buy a tan Springfield Hellcat Pro, but was unable to find one with the legal magazine for my state. This website had one available, with 5 magazines, a range bag and an optic. It arrived at the FFL dealer 2 days later. The optic was already calibrated for me. Item was new, as described and all parts were accounted for. Will be buying again.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered and paid for a gun. Was told it was confirmed. Then the order was canceled and I called in. Was told they weren't available for that price anymore and were now $15 more. I passed due to the principle. Then the next week I got an email saying thr price has dropped to less than I originally tried paying for it. Who can explain the common sense reasoning behind that?

THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FIREARM PURCHASED MATCHED THAT OF WHAT I RECIEVED. NOTHING WAS MISSING. AFFORDABILITY WAS MY GOAL AND YOUR COMPANY NAILED IT.

I ordered a pistol with a ported barrel. I received a pistol without a ported barrel. I was told nothing could be done since my FFL threw the box away, but I had all needed evidence that I ordered a ported barrel and didn’t receive one. My local FFL highly suggested against Guns.com due to similar errors on past orders with other customers.

Service with the products I need. Very good

Two out of three attempted orders canceled by sellers. First order was great. I’m taking my business elsewhere for time purposes. Not sure if listings are authentic.

First off they will harass your email non stop even when you unsubscribe from thier emails. Shipping took a long time. Gun was well above market price. The biggest sin is they don't support small FFL's they refused to send to my preferred FFL because he is small and doesn't have a big store. I can get over a slow shipping experience, and a overpriced gun that other stores did not have in stock. The thing I can not get over is not shipping to small FFL's so I will never use them again.

I ORDERED A GUN AND 3 DAYS LATER THEY OFFERED FREE SHIPPING. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TALKED TO A WOMAN ABOUT GETTING THE FREE SHIPPING SHE DECLINED GIVING ME THE OFFER AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR SHE BALKED AND AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES SHE FINALLY PUT ANOTHER WOMAN ON THE LINE WHO STILL REFUSED TO HELP ME. THE MATERIAL THAT WAS SENT WITH THE GUN STATED THAT THEY WANTED EVERY CUSTOMER TO BE 100% SATISFIED AND I CAN GUARANTEE THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER GUN FROM GUN'S DOT COM NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Site is very easy to navigate. I ended up ordering a Taurus G3 and the process went very smooth. Will be back for more!
