Brilliant toothpaste
I really love the zing and fresh feel that my mouth has after using this toothpaste. I personally dislike overly-foamy toothpaste- so again the texture was spot on. The naturalness is important and makes me feel good about positively contributing to my gut health. Highly recommended.

Requested a subscription order to be cancelled, was told yes and then the following day was told it had been shipped, and that I would have to cover return postage. Poor customer service. Very disappointed, certainly won't be using again

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand why this felt frustrating.
To clarify, your order had already been processed in the early hours of Sunday morning, before your cancellation request came through, and during our out-of-hours period. Once an order reaches this stage in processing, we’re unfortunately unable to stop or amend it before dispatch.
We do send an upcoming order notification 3 days in advance, giving time to make any changes or cancellations before the order is processed. On the day processing begins, changes are no longer possible.
That said, we did offer a solution to refuse the parcel upon delivery, which would return it to us free of charge, and we would then issue a full refund as soon as it’s on its way back.
We always aim to support our customers as best as we can, while working within our policies. If you need any further help at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly, we’re here to help.

Gutology toothpaste gives great cleanse, I love the taste as it is more subtle than the marker bought ones. Biggest plus is there are no neurotoxins i.e. fluoride! Definately recommend.

Very impressed!
I have been using Gutology for two weeks and I am very impressed. From the first use my teeth felt clean and my mouth had a fresh sensation without the residue that other toothpastes leave. I also like the fact that my teeth feel clean all day, which has not been my experience with any other toothpaste. I would recommend using this toothpaste.

Cavity after 6 months of usage…
I’ve used this toothpaste in the past 6 months. No dental issues prior, I go for check ups yearly and to the hygienist twice a year. In March I had a visit, where I could feel a bits sensitivity, and this increased, even for the wind! Now (mid June) I went back to the dentist, (discussing whitening) only to realise I have 2 cavities. I haven’t had one for around 20 years. I’m only blaming myself to believe the influencers on instagram and thrust that these natural ingredients can protect tooth the same way. 😞 Anyway, now I’m £300 shorter, due to the dentist, plus the Gutology cost twice as my normal toothpaste… Shame!

We do want to respectfully clarify a few important points, as dental health is influenced by a wide range of individual factors, including diet, oral bacteria, saliva composition, genetics, and overall oral hygiene habits. Cavities can develop even with consistent brushing and regular dental visits, and no toothpaste - fluoride-based or otherwise - can guarantee complete protection.
That said, developing a cavity within a 6-month period is typically influenced by multiple contributing factors, and it would be misleading to attribute this solely to any single product.
Our toothpaste is formulated with functionalised hydroxyapatite, a form of the same mineral naturally found in tooth enamel, which has been clinically studied to support enamel remineralisation. It also contains Truebiotic®, a paraprobiotic complex designed to support a balanced oral microbiome, along with gentle, SLS-free cleansing agents.
A healthy oral microbiome plays an important role in maintaining overall oral health, as a balanced environment is less favourable to the overgrowth of harmful bacteria that contribute to issues such as decay and gum inflammation.
In addition, our formula has been independently certified as microbiome-friendly by Kind to Biome, achieving a high score for supporting - rather than disrupting - the mouth’s natural ecosystem.
We always aim to be transparent about what our products can and cannot do, and we would never claim that any toothpaste alone can prevent cavities in every circumstance.

I’ve been using this toothpaste for a while now and wouldn’t go back to my old routine. It leaves my mouth fresh and my teeth clean without any of the harsh chemicals. The small tubes are ideal for short trips away or for somebody who wanted to try it before committing to larger tubes.

A Brilliant Product
Absolutely love this toothpaste and have been using it for a while
now. The taste is much nicer than the harsh chemical and strong
tasting toothpaste you buy from supermarkets etc. My dentist went
through the list of ingredients and says it has everything in it that’s needed. It cleans my teeth well and knowing there’s no nasties
in it gets a big thumbs up from me. I’d definitely recommend this toothpaste.
