It really helped my habits and the symptoms I was struggling with, the week after I started cutting on my fiber intake I saw improvements with my gas and cramps. The 1 on 1 consult with Marie was such a highlight with the health coach going through my test and explaining everything to me, I felt understood and like I could ask every question I needed. Also the process of having a at-home test was so easy and so well explained so from the start to the end it was a super smooth and pleasant experience. I also love reaching for my app to check the nutrition swaps recommended by Gutsie when I go on my grocery run, which makes it 10x easier.
