The gutter covers are so dense that the rain goes over them and onto the ground and is so forceful that it splashes the dirt all over my siding. It didn't do this before I had Gutter Logic install their product.

I wouldn’t let these scammers put gutters on my dog house !!! They screwed me over. terrible job my house is 45 feet long you should have 1 down spout per 35 feet max they only put one the pitch is wrong it doesn’t drain. They Suck.

LIES, LIES, LIES. I would have given them no STAR, but it wouldn't let me leave a review, unless I gave it a star. All numbers not in service. They've disappeared. Their new gutters are worst than the ones I needed replaced. Water runs everywhere. SCAMMERS. They go from city to city. Catch them if you can. Sign, VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY Ruth Brown.

I have been trying to get ahold of this company since they installed half of my gutters over a year ago now. There has been no response after multiple messages left about their unfinished job, and the representative that I was working with neglected to inform me that they are no longer with the company FOUR MONTHS after I had been calling. Ridiculous.

Biggest ripoff company i have ever delt with. I am a disabled veteran. Dont appreciate being lied to or taken advantage of. Michael Mike is a total jerkoff to his customers. They took my cash and treated me like crap. Bite me gutterlogic.

The team was punctual, fast, and professional

We received an estimate from Gutter Logic to replace the Gutter along the back of our house with (commerical) 6" gutters and downspouts in the amount of $2470. The contractor arrived and was very helpful and professional. However, he informed us that the commerical downspouts would not work since the standard ones we had were cemented into the ground & connected to undgerground drain pipes. I had been assured by the sales person that the larger downspouts would work. I called Gutter Logic and they refused to refund the money they charged us for the 4 downspouts and the installation of them. I have made many calls many calls requesting an adjustment but they ignored my calls and NEVER made any adjustment to the price of the job. BEWARE!

i'm still waiting for them to come back and finish one downspout...it's been over 30 days

The product is great! The installation was a nightmare. The day of the installation, the sub-contractors arrived (5-6 guys) on time. The person in charge reviewed the job with me, discussed downspout locations and replacement of existing gutters, as well as installation of the gutter domes. When they left, it appeared completed and they were paid. That afternoon, I noticed from and upstairs window, that one of the gutter dome ends had not been finished off. The screen had been raggedly cut and there was a 1-1.5 inch gap (allowing roof debris to enter). Immediately texted a photo of the problem area to the project manager. He replied that he would stop by to look at it in the morning and "make it right".He did not show up! Over the course of the next three weeks-I had 17 appointments cancelled or no-shows. I finally talked with the regional manager and he explained that these are sub-contractors installing for GutterLogic. Once they are paid, there is no impetus for them to return to "fix" it. I finally was able to get the gutter dome repaired-it turned out that out of 12 gutter ends, 11 of them were not installed correctly or completely. Most of these gutter dome ends were only visible from the roof or actually climbing a ladder. I had the project manager take pictures of each completed end-he was a bit annoyed. (Nothing compared to the 17 cancelled appointments I had). The regional manager seemed to care but this company doesn't seem to know how to manage a team.

Great product, super frustrated with installation and service. These gutters were installed without prior scheduling. I came home and magically had gutters. This would have been great except I was not the homeowner until the following day. The other issue with me not being present at the install was that I was not able to tell the crew that the downspouts needed to run at least a foot away from the home as I am dealing with moisture in the crawl space. When I brought this to the attention to someone asking for payment I was told that a local rep would reach out and get the problem corrected. It has been over a week since that conversation. I have sent pictures to show that water is draining next to the foundation and have not heard from back from the company about correcting the situation. The whole purpose of getting gutters was to divert water away from my home. Still waiting to see if this company will make it right.

I almost gave 4 stars because the installers were really nice guys. First the price was astronomical until we negotiated down almost half. Install was quick-2 days later. Sub-contractors were polite and attentive but did not adequately complete the job at the end. Installed the 2nd floor downspout to discharge ON TOP OF the first floor gutter cover. Clearly that didn’t work during the deluge we experienced a couple days later. My husband had to correct it and discovered the gutter joint was not caulked as promised. I will now wonder if all the joints were caulked but I really don’t want to go on the 2nd floor, unscrew everything, and check….

The installation was bad from the beginning. They started the work, with poor instructions, so they said. They made persuasive excuses as to why the installation had to be done in that way but the work quality was still poor, at best. When they came out to fix it as we had asked, they did only a partial fix and made other matters worse, as there was no attempt to clarify. They always returned when we were not there. The gutter lengths were cut an inch too short. The hole saw cut into my wood and into the back side of the gutter material. The contact said the would use rubberized washers and 50 yr tri-polymer sealant. Washers were standard and basic silicone was used as sealant. I am still trying to manage an equitable outcome.

The sub contractor arrived on time and went over what I have requested. The two men were professional and friendly. They installed a new gutter and covers on the back of the house and installed covers on the existing gutters on the front of the house. The appearance of the product looks great. I have not seen how effective they work as of yet due to no rain. The area around the house was cleaned up after the job.

They came on the day what they said and do very good job They work very hard and fast after work was don they clean everything. I am happy with the work

Gutter logic provided a superior product, professionally installed and great financing! The no plastic solution to protecting gutters along with a 30 year automatically transferable warranty, put equity into my home. Great service and wonderful product. Bring on the Fall!

the technician was a great guy but the joints at the corners don't fit as well as they could, he did not have the proper saw to fit them. if you want to end another person from your office you'll see what I mean. I like the quality of the shields

Bruno : my installer did an excellent install in a very timely manner. Very professional. My garage is 20’ tall 42’ long & it was not an issue whatsoever, one piece 6” gutter ! They did 2 garages for me. Very pleased w install & everyone at Gutter Logic. I got several quotes, they beat them all by several hundred dollars.
