cant buy vouchers .did complain but no response

I have been using gyftr for atleast 2 years and it has been quite useful apart from sometimes when they are not clear in tncs but apart from that experience has been good

I have been using GyFTR for some time now and it has been a smooth and convenient experience, the platform offers a wide variety of gift cards across popular brands and most of my vouchers are delivered instantly on email or SMS. I specially like how easy it is to use the credit card reward points and convert it into vouchers. the redemption process has also been easy. u have used the vouchers at restaurants and for online shopping without any issues.

Boycott Gyftr.

Very unhelpful customer care. They have partnered with non trustworthy brands like Ola Cabs who do not honour their commitment. I bought a voucher for 1000, and used only 523. Lost 477/- on a stupid website.

🚨 Extremely disappointed with @GyFTR 🚨
I’m sharing this to warn others about an unfair and unresolved issue I faced.

I purchased a Decathlon coupon from GyFTR, trusting their clearly stated terms that it could be used online/offline without restrictions. But when I tried to use it on the Decathlon site, I was blocked — simply because the product was sold by a third party. 🤯

GyFTR support initially admitted this shouldn't have happened. They even confirmed there was no clause restricting this use. Shockingly, they later updated their T&Cs to cover up their mistake — instead of resolving the issue or issuing a refund. 😡

Now my money is stuck in the Decathlon wallet with no way to use it, and GyFTR has gone silent despite multiple follow-ups.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s misleading, unfair, and emotionally draining

Its a fraud website with locations for stores that is non-existent. eg: Louis phillipe store locators

My mobile number was blocked for 72 hours without giving a valid reason.

I have been using Gyftr for several months and I have had positive experiences until I had the misfortune of buying a voucher of OLA Cabs on their website. In all fairness, while the terms and conditions are amply clear with regard to the use of the voucher, the terms and conditions are also outrageous! Because of their "one time use" policy, I lost Rs. 800 on a Rs.1,000 voucher. I was stunned by loosing so much money without utilizing the voucher completely. When I brought this to the attention of Gyftr, the platform that sells the OLA cab vouchers, they responded that there is nothing that can be done about it. I also reached out to OLA Cabs, who did not respond or acknowledge my concern. My concern is specifically related to how nonviable and non-user friendly the voucher terms and conditions are for the consumer. If the voucher's validity is only applicable to the extent of a one time use, it is significantly disadvantageous. My question to GYFTR is related to the ethics of endorsing and supporting a company like OLA , which in my opinion, has developed a sophisticated style of scamming consumers. Please do not buy the OLA vouchers.
