Paid for express shipping, 3-5 days, had no idea it was coming from china, you can buy the same thing from Temu for under £10

My experience with Gymlamp is very good, good light, it makes the muscle like 2 times bigger (amazing) and easy to use. Just one problem is that if you take only the lamp like me, it could be hard to put it above you… me I put it on the top on a door and it works perfectly fine! ( I don’t have a metal spot on the ceiling ahah) The shipment was a bit long, it was delayed many times but arrived in good conditions, the package was not damaged and the product too. So the overall is that it is a very good product to buy if you want amazing photos.

Awful. Nobody will tell me when my item is coming. Just says 'in transit'.

I upgraded my gym photos to a whole never level after my purchase. Customer service was also amazing! When I had a question about the product they were fast to respond.

Great lamp but stopped working after 4 months and it's only covered by a 3 month warranty. I was offered a 20% discount but not a replacement 🤷 shame really. Would not recommend

The device really works and it's awesome.

I bought the Suction Mount and it works really well with all kind of surfaces. The Gymlamp holds very well to it. It's very practical and allows you to use the Gymlamp anywhere.

The delivery takes almost a month + I used it once and it had no battery anymore, so I charged it but it still doesn’t light anymore. It ain’t the money worth it

a month long shipping, from china, suction cup isn't great. Basically the ones from amazon are the same thing, if not better due to wait time and not having to pay nearly as much. Don't listen to the "arrives before Christmas".

Good lamp. Shipping took a while. Reason for the 4 stars is because even with the Gymlamp, I am still fat and ugly.

Delayed delivery, they said that it was dhl express and that it would take 3-7 days, but it was dropshipped from china and took over two weeks, it was not even dhl who delivered the package, the packaging was damaged, but the product was ”ok” nothing wrong with it. If you ask me I think that they should be more honest against there customers and don’t lie about shipping time and company, that would stop the frustration among us customers.

Avoid. Given that I've paid for "Royal Mail Express (3-6 Days)" shipping and it's been almost 10 days and the tracking says the parcel is being shipped from China and currently isn't anywhere near the UK, I am feeling like a victim of dropshipping. It is also NOT being delivered by royal mail.

If I am paying for 3-6 day shipping, I expect that. The fact you know items are being shipped from China and you are lying about Delivery times already means you are misleading customers.

You're replying to other reviews saying this item isn't drop shipped but if that were true I wouldn't be waiting two weeks for my order to come in from a factory in China. If my order shows up anytime soon I'm expecting some Temu crap with your logo on it. As clearly this is what others are recieving too.

Good product, nice quality. There was some problems at the beggining of the shipping, but it got solved pretty quickly. Thank you.

1 month shipment. Its very bad service. The employees thought helsinki was in denmark, and straight up lying about the details about the shipment

I got my order last week and it’s pretty dope.
I ordered 1 GymLamp and 1 suction holder so I can use it in different places, and it really is a game changer for your posing. The max brightness of the lamp is pretty high, so my dad uses it at night sometimes ahahaha.

Pro tip: Use your normal gym lighting and then put the lamp below you with just one side turned on, it will look insane ;) Abs have never popped that much before.

The items are shipped from China, not surprising. A big issue i noticed was that my first order failed. It got sent back to the Original depot. I reached out to the gymlamp customer support and they were nonchalant and brushed it off with responses like "Contact your carrier please. Maybe you can still get your order". A HUGE red flag.

Not to mention that they're lying about their trustpilot score on their website. They claim that they have 4.8 stars with 1000+ reviews. In reality they only have 2 reviews with a solid score of 3.1....

After some arguing they eventually agreed to send me a replacement order. Took 16 days for the second order to arrive at my location and here is what I think after owning these products for ~3 days.

- Magnetic GymMount™
This one actually has been doing well. It has a strong metallic mount and I can rotate it up and
down depending on the angle I want my phone at. I have nothing bad to say about this except for that it would be nice if it could bend the phone more down and up.

- Professional GYMLAMP™
The Lamp is decent. It has a decently strong magnetic mount. It has different lighting settings:
1. Bright white
2. Less bright white
3. Bright yellow
4. Less bright yellow
5. Bright white lights on the side
You can also decide if you want both sides lit or just just left or just the right.

It comes with a usb c cable to charge it. It's been doing its job although I have one issue. It says on their page "Charge once, get light for hundreds of workouts". That's not true at all. The GYMLAMP has 3 blue dots that indicate how much battery it has. I charged it to a full 3 blue dots, used it during 2 workouts and it already dropped down to 1 blue light. All things considered it was worth buying.

- GymStand™ Tripod (2.1M/82.7in Tripod)
This one I was first impressed by. Metallic steel. easy to use, extendable tripod with a strong phone mount. Although, I'm not sure if I have tightened the rotating pins too much because now I can't lock one of the pins leading to the tripod pole being loose and losing some of the extended length. However the rest of the tripod is working fine.

Summary:
All in all I'm giving Gymlamp.store a 2/5 stars.
I can't give it 1 star since I did get my products (after some arguing back and forth and waiting).
I'm satisfied with most of the products and would've definitely given it a higher rating if not because of the broken tripod.

Cheap products drop shipped from China. The packaging has nothing to do with GymLamp (it's a generic packaging for a multifunctional work light - the same can be found on Temu for half the price)
