Pure shite material, 2nd and last time to ever get from them, great idea and style but quality of the print and the. Tshirts shit.
Print peels immediately after 1st wash on low heat, tshirts quality differs from worse to shite for some reason? Twice delivered, twice had a problem With customs making me pay tax charges.
No informationfrom gymtier despite Countless emails. Might I add 1st delivery never even showed, avoid avoid avoid

The tops are a great design, great fit (tight in the right places and not in the places you want to cover!)

My only issue is 30% of the tops I have from them after 1/2 washes the logos fade and come off (I have tried different temps but still happens)

I’ve had a mixed experience with Gymtier. On the positive side, their products are genuinely good quality — durable, well‑made.

However, there are a few areas that need improvement:

No return‑label facility: It feels outdated that customers have to sort out their own returns in this digital age.

Slow response to email queries: Communication could be much quicker; waiting days for a reply isn’t ideal.

Return postage not covered: Having to pay for return shipping adds unnecessary frustration, especially when many brands now offer free returns.

Very poor customer services. don't reply to emails refund policy non-existent I'm still struggling to get a refund been over a month now. Avoid at all costs

perfect fit tshirts that feel buttery soft to the skin. dont waste anymore time try them out you wont be disappointed

I would give zero stars if I could ! I’ve ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present not received it and emailed them constantly with no reply or help ! I’ve now requested my money back but again no reply ! Absolutely would not recommend this company

Awful experience - wrong items delivered. Customer service took forever to respond. Eventually said they would issue a returns label as the issue was their fault. This never arrived and since stopped all communications - ignoring their online chat and email. I suspect by saying they would issue a returns label this was to appease the paypal dispute I raised which meant they keep the money and I am left with unwanted (poor quality might I add) items

Ordered a 12 pack for £73 (or thereabouts). I still haven’t received my order despite it stating delivery within 1-3 days. These are a Christmas present so I really need them asap. Other than confirming my address with me I haven’t received any responses to my queries with customer service.
