Molly and Katie were great on the sales side of things , very helpful and really easy to deal with . The delivery went very smoothly with Aaron and big T , brilliant lads .10/10 service .

All good nicely installed

My 'Just for 2' tub was installed this morning by Tony &Ty. Everything ran smoothly. Recommend buying the chemical pack and paying for the full installation.
Molly and Katie in the office have guided me through the whole purchasing experience and whilst I havnt had my first dip yet I will not hesitate to recommend h20 spa for outstanding customer service

Excellent experience from start to finish. The ordering, the communications and the delivery were all easy. Delivery came exactly on time and Tony and Big T were really tidy guys. Just cannot wait to jump in now.

The whole process from purchase through to delivery and install today has been excellent.
The tub looks fab and is great quality. Can’t use it for 24hrs. But a Very happy customer thus far

Just had the Pure Bliss tub installed. The tub is fantastic,very happy with the purchase. The whole process was good,slight miscommunication over the final payment but that may have been due to payment being made over the Easter holidays. Molly was a pleasure to deal with,polite,informative and quick to reply. Not pushy. Delivery lads,Big Tony,Gooner Tony were spot on. Friendly,chatty and gave detailed instructions, most of which I quickly forgot.

It is now 9 days since our regular order went in , still haven’t received our item , the delivery charge is far too expensive for the weight

Molly was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly accommodating and patient while we worked through a few challenges to make sure the hot tub would fit perfectly in our garden. Her support in helping us choose the right hot tub was exceptional.

Katie also did a fantastic job arranging delivery on the exact date we wanted. She kept us fully informed with delivery times and the names of the team who would be installing the hot tub, which really put us at ease.
On installation day, Tony and Aaron were brilliant. Not only did they install the hot tub efficiently, but they also took the time to thoroughly talk us through the controls and ongoing maintenance, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the entire team at H2O Spas were spot on with customer service and communication. We were kept informed every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with both the service and our new hot tub. Highly recommended!
