Everything was great. Arrived sooner than expected. So far I'm very happy with the purchase.

The product hits the mark. It was easy to set up and the quality exceeded my expectations. No more buying by the gallon or case at the store now that I can distill and safely drink tap water. Good for the environment and my health.

Love my new water distiller. The water taste great. I know by drinking distilled water it is way better than our city tap water. Our city water smells like algae and I cannot even drink it. This distiller is so easy to clean. If not too dirty I take a sponge for non stick cookware and scrub the bottom and sides and rinse. I use the chemical cleaner about every third time. This company really put some thought into making this. I prefer to have as little plastic touching the water as possible. Great job on doing this. I love there are parts available too if something quits working. I would recommend this to everyone. Our water is not what it used to be growing up. It is do much worse now. I drink more water now that it taste better. I hope this company will be around for years to come.

Well, the machine works ok so far. But I am unhappy about one thing. I lost the cap to the collection bottle, I contacted your company to buy a replacement one. but you didn't have one to buy, I couldn't get a replacement at all from you. It seems to me that you should have one available, you have to make them anyways for the machines that you sell, Why not make a few extra for spares? After all, it does have good usefulness in that it keeps things from contaminating the processed water. Want to make me happy? send me a cap!

Excellent products. This is my second distiller, the original that I purchased in 2014 is still working. I found more uses for distilled water and one unit can't keep up with the demand. Shipping was quick and the packages (bought an extra carafe just in case) arrived in good condition. I would highly recommend H2O labs to everyone.

I received my MKII water distiller quickly and in perfect condition. MKII is a well designed and manufactured still. They really thought it through for the user. Now I drink more water than ever.

This is a great water distillery. We are able to get four gallons per day. I would highly recommend this product.

I received my package quickly, and I have been using it for 3 days and so far I like it. I love the taste and quality of the water it cleans. The filter for the tub works nicely and fits the tub perfectly. I'm enjoying the peace of mind it gives me regarding the quality of the water I drink and bath in, especially since I have an intolerance/allergy to chlorine.

I have still not received my package, as H2o Labs chose to use use FedEx! I will now have to chase down the package before it gets shipped back to them! FedEx was no help at all over the phone. Takes forever to talk to a live CSR. They said that the shipper made it a direct signature on purpose, and that only the shipper could alter the arrival times. I love H20 L, but I'm sorry, it's a poor choice to make a water distiller a direct sig!!! Now I have to go chase this down on Monday, probably drive 30 miles out of my way to try to find it. I will most likely not recommend this company anymore because of it's choice in shipping companies. I could not waive the signature at all! Sorry, they have good products, but they need to switch to another Shipping Company!!!!!! I will not be using them again.

Ok, update for this. After I posted this update, H20 labs called FedEx and scheduled a Saturday morning delivery. I just want to say thank you to H20 labs for calling the carrier. I suppose that this should be noted on their website to prevent confusion like this again for customers. Maybe a pop up on purchase that says, "we use FedEx, and your signature is required, would you like to use your work address as the delivery address". I think that would prevent further problems. Porch piracy is a big problem I understand, but GOOD communication is really important. Thanks again H20 labs. Speaking of communication, Trustpilot has no way to "update this info". They should have looped back and asked me how I was after the exchange with h20 labs. Oh well, Web pages and AI are still evolving. I still have the best water in the world. :-)

Great service. Great products.

I've only used my H2o distiller for 8 cycles. Cleaning it is easy and using it is super simple. Other distillers I've used rendered terrible tasting water, but the activated charcoal filter really does clean the VOCs from the finished product. Hopefully this machine will last a long time.

Fast delivery, easy to buy online, competitive price. I like the new distiller but have only made 10 gallons so far. Need more time to evaluate the product.

Extremely well packed. Product (Model 300SS) was exactly as described. Setup was straightforward, user manual easy to digest, and the product works as described.

My first batch, not using the carbon filter, was 0 PPM with no funny taste or odor. My source water (tap) has a TDS reading of 158. I took multiple TDS readings of the water as it was made. It started off at 0, remained 0, and even after sitting a few hours after being made remained at 0.

After the first batch, cleanup was easy and off to the second batch. The unit shut off just before all the water was fully evaporated, making it easy to get the remnants out with the use of a paper towel, followed by a little bit of scrubbing with just water and a Scotch-bright pad.

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this distiller for the company's claim of ongoing support. I'm using it for the first time today. It's well made though from Taiwan.
